I am pleased to take part in an amazing and interesting contest of engagement challenge. Being a Mod of Steem Kids and Parents Community. Recently, I organized an contest on Contest:13 Effective Communication is the ability to strengthen family bonding? which motive to engage participants to share their real life experience of effective communication. I am delighted to share my own perspective through this challenge. Hope for the good to meet the requirements of success in contest.
Do you agree with the statement "Communication skill is the power"? Why or why not?
Power of communicating. This stands as an effective method. It helps greatly in forming relationships backed by trust. It is a gesture of goodwill. This technique helps in nurturing affectionate relationships. Communication tends to solve problems that plague loved ones. It spawns understanding. It breeds trust. Finally, it resolves conflicts by mutual cooperation and decision.
When people start communicating openly, good things follow. Honest and open communication is key. This communication forges a solid foundation of trust. It creates mutual respect. But not all is done here. When individuals discuss openly it is a gesture of trust. They build mutual respect too. It strengthens their tie. Collaboration is also improved this mutual quality of communication.
Can you provide an example of situation where "Communication skill is the power"?
Yes, I am a mother. I am able to offer real-life experience. I share it now.
A mother teaching her child is a fine illustration. It shows us the significance of communication skills. When a mother articulates clearly she does so with patience also. She provides support too to build up good affiliation with her kids. In this mode a mother can relay knowledge proficiently. She can also pass on important values. Moreover, she can create a bond of trust. A nurturing association follows with her child through the skills of power of communication in a friendly environment.
Some historical examples where "Communication skill is the power" led to significant change?
One notable example is the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah from Islamic history. The treaty demonstrates Prophet Muhammad's diplomatic skills. The skills engendered a peaceful agreement between Muslims and the Quraysh tribe. The agreement enabled the safe pilgrimage to Mecca, setting stage for future peaceful conversions. These conversions were to Islam. The treaty showcased how effective communication can incite positive change. This fosters peace and mutual respect at a deeper level.
The entirety of the example is dynamic. After all it is taken from the history of Islam. Notably the Treaty of Hudaybiyya. This was masterminded by Prophet Muhammad. It showcased his brilliant diplomatic capabilities. Successfully, he negotiated a peace deal. It happened between Muslims and Quraysh tribe.
Safe passage was key part of this agreement. However it wasn't merely a practical safety measure. It was much more significant. This was a step for the future through peaceful conversions. These were to Islam.
In conclusion the treaty was quite an illustration. It was evidence for the potential of effective communication. This potential is vast. It can bring about major, favorable changes. Furthermore it can cultivate peace and respect that is both ways.
How can one improve their communication skills ?
Indeed possibility exists to alter our lifestyle. Through the incorporation of communication skills. To refine communication capabilities engagement in active listening is valuable in our daily life . For this definitely, Regular dialogues and engagement with public are of great importance. Active listening fosters comprehension in effective way. . Constructive criticism helps in pinpointing areas of potential growth. It also solidifies confidence. Furthermore additions to vocabulary through reading our favorite books are vital to improve our communication skills . Acquiring knowledge of non-verbal communication cues adds potency to overall conversation effectiveness in our causal life to become a good communicator and develop strong affiliations in personal and professional relations.

Hi @uzma4882, thank you for your post and for sharing your experience, we learn all out life and you are right a lot of communication we learn the more we are in contact with people around. Having own children, we often learn with them too. Luckily there are many different classes nowadays that even those of us who do not have this ability can learn how to learn and be better :)
