Gender equality should be established in society and working spaces and this will bring peace and more prosperity. Equal rights for all gender can make a society safest, livable and discrimination free. Still there are many society where there girls and women doesn't get their rights and their efforts are always underestimated.

What I can say about third gender, they doesn't get respect and experience abuse. As third gender doesn't get working space in many societies so they beg door to door and earn their living by begging. No wonder that society still exist and positive changes may come in the future.

What does gender equality entail, and what are the advantages?

Gender equality should be part of our education and this way the educated society in future can bring positive changes in this world. There are many advantages of adding gender equality as the lesson of a subject in school. Kids can learn the importance of gender equality since their childhood days.

The world can be a peaceful place for all the people in this earth. We should realize and understand that our gender is not our own decision, this is the decision of our creator and nature so better we establish equality and do not classify genders. We have no need to be same but we should open opportunities for worthy people, doesn't matter what is his/her gender.

Is gender equality crucial for all people, not just women?

This is not only for women but also for third gender who also part of human being. We should be kind to all genders and the sufferings of women and third gender should be eliminated from this world. A educated society should know the importance of equality and should bring consciousness on this.

Since my childhood days I raise in a society where I saw third gender beg for living and women suffer from domestic violence. The society was not educated and developed but things are improving as the rate of educated people is increasing. Even unethical educated many people are seen abusing the third gender and abusing women at home and working place. They are educated but mentally unhealthy and unscrupulous.

What are your thoughts on gender equality, specifically concerning the circumstances in your country?

Well, concerning the circumstances in my country I think the positive change needs time to come. There are many people still act like uneducated and doesn't appreciate the contributions and efforts of women and third gender. Personally I think and believe in equality and we should open opportunity for all equally.

How to educate our children to understand this issue?

Educated parents should teaches their kids to treat everyone with kindness and as parents they should be kind at first. Parents should remember that their kids are following them and they will act the way they will find us so we should be kind and considerable to educate our children to understand the equality and how to respect opposite gender and third gender. This will help to have a peaceful earth in the future.
