I am surprised to read that when we talk about gender equality we think in terms of as if women are the only ones that suffer in workplaces. The fact is, all workers, including men, women, and even transgenders, suffer the same depending on their position in the organization and we never look at that aspect of discrimination.

Being proud as a worker of any organization is an excellent sign of perfect accuracy and keenness of judgment or insight that most of us take too lightly. But if you give proper respect to your workplace and your customers, it helps both you and your business. You should feel proud of your workplace, but if you are not, leave it for good. It’s not worth staying there for a moment.

I am proud to be part of a business that understands the value of doing things from the right perspective. When I read good comments about my job and people’s willingness to join my company, I feel proud that I am here and doing my job efficiently and with my full dedication.

It’s perhaps a feeling that I had during my regular job we told everyone in detail how, in the corporate world, people take pride in being part of their companies. However certain companies did not feel any impact from bad business conditions. Do you know why? Because their employees had reasons to be proud of being a part of the company. These companies had their own unique way of working. I must add here that everyone in these companies had a simple rule to follow, and that rule was how to treat their coworkers on equal terms.

Everyone has an important role to play in completing a job successfully, and when we look at a job from this angle, considering our role as a significant contribution to the growth of our workplace, there is nothing that can stop us from reaching the top no matter what gender they belong to.

Customer apathy damages a corporate reputation and brand image. When outside visitors, customers, and employees discover a business enterprise that practices a "cover-up" culture that is unhealthy and opaque. In most cases, such practices undermine business confidence in the end. Remember, poor workplace behavior always results in customer and employee dissatisfaction.

Most of us, in our lives, have taken advantage of the generosity of a friend or family member at one point or another, who listened to us when we were struggling, or faced with a challenge or problem. In a business context, such support and guidance are called coaching or mentoring, and in this post, I am giving you how to distinguish between these two methods. You will understand some skills and techniques associated with training how to use them in your conversations with your coworkers, and how they help.

How can you, as a worker, use these techniques to improve your learning? The leaders of any organization can improve the performance of their workers by appointing experts who have been specially trained to mentor and help contribute to the success of their organization.

Nowadays, the organization’s leader has complete control and the ability to create a culture that values everyone in the workplace and emphasizes the importance of relationships and consumer support. The practice of training and guidance in your company and the sharing of skills with colleagues will contribute to the establishment they should of tell their workers to see to it that everyone is treated at par if they wish to remain in the organization.

Most people refer to training and guidance as if they are the same thing. Although they are two different ways of working with individuals and with teams, they have one important thing in common. Learning how to conduct consensual conversations is important in building such relationships.

A consensual conversation is one in which both the speakers are in harmony. While the purpose of their conversation may not be to get consent, they agree on how they listen and understand each other. That helps solve discrimination among workers. I suggest don't limit this crucial issue to gender but covering every worker in this topic.

Showing genuine interest in what the other person is saying and showing respect for the other person and the views expressed by them always helps improve your impression.

How to bring equality to our workforce

Do you want to have some of these trends here too, or do you see some similarities in the rest of the world? We are already willing for a campaign to save our part of the world from greed and wish to start with ending discrimination among the workers.

The people who deserve equality most are the ones working in difficult and dangerous environments. They should get it, not the ones who come for a short term and enjoy the rest of their lives in comfort, for instance, the politicians.

I have said this again and again. The best examples of beneficiaries that need all sorts of equality are firefighters, cleaners, miners, nurses, soldiers, teachers, police, or even laborers building roads who are the most discriminated workers. I hope to live in a world where all workers are treated on equal terms. And trust me, my Steemian friends, men are no exceptions when it comes to discrimination so everyone needs protection from evil called "Gender Discrimination."

Anyone has the right to suggest or even contribute properly. If you feel you are not getting proper treatment or your rightful share, you have the right to protest, the law is on your side. Equality is one of the reasons and also counts in this list if any organization treats its employees unreasonably; they have no chance of surviving for long.

The term 'superiority complex’ is one of the worst feelings that creates discrimination by our bigwigs along with red tape politics because it encourages them to behave like they are still living in the colonial era and these are the mother of all discriminatory behavior.

However, if you have women only in this topic, do you know that the issue of equal rights for women as compared to men is often raised in the world? There are many discussions on equal opportunities, equal education, and equal pay. You will be surprised to know that being a woman is very expensive. On average, women pay more than men for clothes, footwear, and hygienic products.

The fact is there is no particular gender affected by such discrimination but in some cases, women get the preference for obvious reasons. I thought I should cover the topic from all angles. Thanks for your support.

There must be passion driving a person in whatever work they do, you must be proud of your job and good coaching strategy could yield such results from employees, these people have the right to be treated properly, gender equality must be achieved in any few you find yourself.
