There must be passion driving a person in whatever work they do, you must be proud of your job and good coaching strategy could yield such results from employees, these people have the right to be treated properly, gender equality must be achieved in any few you find yourself. It is a great deal of enlightenment you brought to our doorstep. Success in the challenge my dear friend.
Thank you so much for expressing your views in such lovely words and supporting my viewpoint in the affirmative. I have always practiced this as a corporate worker and strongly advocated equality in all sectors irrespective of gender.
