Saludos amigo @dove11 has realizado un excelente análisis no solo te enfocaste en la igualdad de genero hacia la mujer sino que también resaltaste el trato igualitario que merecen los trabajadores y tienes mucha razón muchas veces algunos trabajadores no son tratados con el debido respeto que merecen y esto denigra la integridad del trabajador como persona

    The fact is there is no particular gender affected by such discrimination but in some cases, women get the preference for obvious reasons. I thought I should cover the topic from all angles. Thanks for your support.
