How are you. I hope you people of steemian are good and enjoy your life . Well I am well. May God bless you all. Today I am writing about an interesting topic is Emotions with social media So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic.
What are emotions? We go through so many emotions in our life. Like laughing, being happy, crying, worries, excitement, restlessness etc. Every person has his own way of expressing his emotions. Some like to stay alone, some like to be in front of everyone, some become completely silent, some get relief by talking. Everyone has his own nature.
But whether it is today's youth or anyone who is using social media, they have made social media their medium to express their emotions. If they are angry, they post angry status on WhatsApp, share story on FB or Instagram.
If they are sad, then it will come immediately by writing on the status "Mood off". Not enough is written that all those who know them and really love them, their mood automatically gets off thinking what happened.
And on the contrary, if they are very happy, then they will put pictures like there is a party, celebrating now, and share their happiness. Whether it is Mother's Day or Father's Day, hundreds of messages will be shared in the memory of parents.
Are parents remembered for just one day, are they really remembered or are those words written just to show off in the society. Because as far as I understand, we don't remember our parents for just one day. First of all, we never forget our parents, they are in our soul.
A world of show-off has been created on social media, in which people share their things to show to each other and it is not that they are not afraid that they will be affected by evil eye.๐งฟ
If they are afraid, then nowadays there is a new trend that we will show our happiness to everyone, but if we are afraid, then we put a small Nazar Batuk with it. So that it does not get affected by evil eye.
When someone does such a thing, I laugh a lot. ๐คฃ๐คฃ Why, that is because if you are afraid that you may get affected by evil eye, then who said that it is very important to show it to everyone. But what will happen to the tendency of showing off that has been deeply ingrained in people? If you don't show it off, how will people know about your fame and how modern you are?
I have been hearing a saying since childhood that one's bread, one's woman and one's money should always remain behind the curtain. Please don't take it the wrong way, I am against the practice of purdah. But one should remember the values โโof one's home. I myself don't wear purdah, nowadays purdah is not followed in our house. But yes, it is important to have modesty and respect in the eyes, you should know the values โโof your home.
We should express our feelings to such a person who understands our feelings, feels them and respects them. In order to get some likes, people are expressing their feelings anywhere. Where are they going, what are they eating, what are they drinking, people share each and every thing, oh my god. People have made social media a medium to express their feelings. Social media is useful in many ways, take advantage of it, some things look good only when they are personal.

You have shared some very valuable thoughts here @aviral123 and I agree with what you have said. To my mind, and in many ways - the youth are very "lost and alone" and have not truly learnt appropriate ways in which to express themselves or even how to manage their emotions. They all seem way too "open" with everything and then on the flip side of that coin - incredibly volatile when things go south.
So much of outward expression on social media is ego driven rather than actually for the simple sake of "sharing".
We certainly do live in strange times.
I completely agree with you my friend @jaynie that today's youth is lost in a different world. They are more concerned about their social network, they are ignoring the benefits of social media. I liked your comment very much.
