On having the patterns we are getting when sleeping; On getting enough and appropriate quantities and qualities of sleeping!

We need to rest after a day or a night with working. And sleeping is about getting a rest for your body and your brain, and for deleting information in the brains, and be ready for getting more problems or challenges when living as we are living.

We must sleep enough, and the sleeping pattern is important for being able to do more things than before, and getting more challenges of what we are facing from day to day. The sleeping pattern is either the REM-pattern or the non-REM-pattern, and REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement. And the REM sleeping is the light sleeping pattern we are getting in first way when sleeping, and this sleeping behavior is making us capable and able to dream, to remember things, and to learn from day to day. This sleeping manner can be reduced to a minimum or also zero seconds. In addition to the REM-sleeping, we are having the deep sleeping, and the duration of this varies from people to people, and we need this sleeping duration from day to day, and/or from night to night.

What are really these sleeping patterns that we get the need for from day to day? Sleep is a naturally recurring state of mind and body, characterized by altered consciousness, relatively inhibited sensory activity, reduced muscle activity and inhibition of nearly all voluntary muscles during rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, and reduced interactions with surroundings, It is distinguished from wakefulness by a decreased ability to react to stimuli, but more reactive than a coma or disorders of consciousness, with sleep displaying different, active brain patterns. All humans and animals need to sleep, and this need is present through the whole life, and the ages we are within in the lifecycle that we are living within. And the brain is working all the times that we are living, and some people can do research, and some people cannot, because you need research education to be competent on doing research on the questions like what, how, why and in which manners, and this is also the situation in life, when we are living as we are living. And these research questions are natural, and they should be asked into every conceivable disciplines of the sciences, and such has been the understanding through all the times the humans and the animals have been here.

During an ideal night's sleep, your body has enough time to go through four to five 90-minute cycles that sample different phases of sleep as the night progresses. In general, each cycle moves sequentially through each stage of sleep: wake, light sleep, deep sleep, REM, and repeat.

We can go through a day and/or a night with sleeping or not sleeping, and the sleeping can be in order or in disorder, and your health is dependent on how you are sleeping when sleeping. Your health care provider may recommend a polysomnogram or other test to diagnose a sleep disorder. A polysomnogram typically involves spending the night at a sleep lab or sleep center. It records your breathing, oxygen levels, eye and limb movements, heart rate, and brain waves throughout the night.

You have the choices of determining when you will sleep, and when you are awake, and life is always many choices where you determine what to do when you are living the life as you are, with all conceivable states and variations being present. And we have freedom, diversity and precision in life, and the freedom is a state of mind; it is a philosophical concept reflecting an inalienable human right to realize one's human will. The diversity is all the variations that are possible to be perceived in life of all the instances that can happen, and precision means to answer the questions as they are coming. And in addition, your sleeping pattern has something to do with your personality! And we get much research on psychology and social psychology from the United States. But it is about being a human, and how you are operating alone and together with other people. And we are all naked and without teeth as we come to life.
