Have you read this user's post thoroughly? I have just checked that this user has followed all the guidelines and the number of words in his post is more than 300. I have also seen his post after translated into the English language as well. And there the number of words is more than 300. We CR try our best to give the right guidance to the newcomers but if their verification is delayed then the morale of the newcomers will be low.
If rules are made then rules should be equal for all.
I have seen many such posts whose achievement 1 has less than 250 words yet they have been verified and voted. But recently there was a delay in post verification of many users from India.And even if verified, they did not get curation support.

Same things happened to those whom I invited here @sanchita96, @swetab97 and @baishakhi88 none of them received support from greeter team account.
I can understand greeter team members must be busy with some other works, but once newbies are received verification tags after that also they didn't receive any support on their other Posts.
I don't know wheather I have permission to pass any suggestions but then also I think in greeter team they can add a person from India. Bengali, hindi languages now people are using so it would be better to take a person in the greeter team who understands these languages.
