Achievement 6 Task by @warriorchalleng: Understanding Curation and Community

In fact, I got to know a lot during these achievement tasks. And I am going to post this last task on Achievement 6.

■ Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

• Yes I understand. I explain to you.
  Like other social networks, voting and curation on Steemit is a way for users to get rewarded for their content. Which half goes to the author and half to curation. Users can earn rewards by getting high votes from quality content. Depends on user's steempower.
• Therefore, the more steem power, the more you will get. And like I said, half the reward goes to the voter (curation), half goes to the author.
• You must have known that till there is some steem power, the value of our vote has not been given.

■ What happens if you vote for a post 5 minutes after posting?

• On steemit, we get rewards divided into 50 -50. Meaning 50 goes to the author and 50 to the curator. But when we vote for a post, when its working age is less than 5 minutes, then the curation gets full 100.
• Like we have shown below.
• Curator Receives 20% on the first minute and 80% on other rewards.
• On the third minute, the curator receives 40% and the other reward is 60%.
• At the second minute, the curator receives 60% and the other reward is 40%.
• On the 4th minute, the curator receives 80% and the other reward becomes 20%.
• Finally, at the fifth minute, the curator receives 100% and the other reward becomes 0%.

■ Who will you vote for Steem Witnesses ? and Why?

• I explained all the websites like steemworld.org,steemscan.com,steemyy.com while completing the task on steemit.

• I use steemworld.org ng them. In which the description of all the tools is given. Which works for me a lot. @steemchiller He is the one who made them. I will vote for @steemchiller on the side of witness.
• All our account information is present together in this website. Like our vote, comment, transaction and many more tools are available

■ Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

• There is a lot of community on steemit's platform. In which I first joined the newcomer community. Because it is necessary to have steemit introduction first. Which is understood by their community during the task. I am connected for this.
• And I want to stay connected with steemit and also with communities.In this way, I will try to connect with more community. continue the journey of steemit like this
