ANSWER:
Yes, I have retrieved all of my keys on Steemit and have downloaded its PDF and saved it.

ANSWER:
Yes, I have an idea of what each key does and what are their functions.

• Master Key:
  It is one of the most important keys as it is the most powerful one. We can change our different keys passwords with the help of this key. Basically if we have this, it shows us that we are the master of our account and if it is lost, then the account is also as good as lost. So, it is crucial that this key must be private and kept safe.

• Posting Key:
  This is the key which is most commonly used to login our accounts. It is used for posting content, commenting, editing, voting, and resteem. We should login using this key as it is safe, because even if someone has our posting key, they can't do much with it as they can't access the wallet and can't change the passwords.

• Owner Key:
  Owner Key is just as important as Master Key, it is also powerful, it can also be used to change passwords. But, it can also be used to recover our accounts which can't be done using Master Key.

• Memo Key:
  It is used to give an encrypt or decrypt private message while transferring steem to another account.

• Active Key:
  This key is used for performing different wallet operations. If we want to perform such operations, we have to log in our accounts using this key and then we can withdraw the amount we have in our wallet, perform transactions and conversions.

Since all of the keys are important, they must be kept safe. I have saved them in my laptop and my mobile in PDF format.

ANSWER:
Yes, you can easily transfer your steem to a different user account by following some steps which are listed below.

• Navigate to your wallet.
  

• Then click on the dropdown next to you current Steem.

• You will see the option of Transfer.
  

• After clicking it, you will have the following options.
  

• Enter the account name you want the Steem to be transferred to.

• Enter the amount to transfer.

• Click Next.

• After that, it will ask you to confirm the transaction and you have to enter your memo key.

Yes, you can power up your steem by following the steps listed below.

• Navigate to your wallet.
  

• Then click on the dropdown next to you current Steem.

• You will see the option of Power Up.
  

• After clicking it, you will have the following options.
  

• Enter the amount of Steem you want to power up.

• After clicking Next, it will ask for confirmation and you have to enter your memo key.
