Let me define about keys how i should use in different Purpose all keys are unique so don't mentions your keys
POSTING KEY
when we need Posting Comments, and edit the post we use it for everyday That is Posting Key
ACTIVE KEY
We Active Key for more sensitive activities like exchange transfers funds and anything related to wallets. and mostly used in cause show you that you have all rights to do,
MEMO KEY
Memo Key is must for Transferring you Crypto with some notes that could help you in future .
MASTER-PASSWORD
All these things that you have in your account you can change it you can get it back in Recovery but There is no way to recover your account if you lose your password. So these Key show you Real Value of your Account.

Yes, I save it with USB pen Drive and in G.mail Drive

YES, this is so easy to do
