After achieving all my tasks from Achievement 5, please, let me proceed with the sixth achievement which consist in understanding Curation and Community. Achievement 6 by @cryptokannon explained very well how curation work in steem, what witness is and how to vote for witness, how to create your own community or join the existing community that fit your interest and how to use third party applications widely used by steemians such as discord.

, what happened if I vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting, who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why? and which community will I join in Steemit, and why?
1.How voting and curation work in steemit
First of all, we need to explain what is voting and curation
Curation is the system that distributes rewards when an article/content has been upvoted
Appreciating or liking someone's post/content (like other social media platforms)
By upvoting a post, I may give the post's author a reward (from my reward pool). This reward depends on how much voting power I currently have. It is initially set at 100% and is deducted by 2%. It also charges by 20% per day, and users have to wait for a recharge once it runs out of power. The Mana vote also determines my influence on the distribution of rewards.
As a new user, I can only vote at a 100% voting strength but users with at least *500* steam power can adjust their voting strength as an adjustment bar shows up. This enables the user to decrease or increase their voting strength as they see fit. There is also the mana for downvotes which is 25% of the upvote mana.
But one must take note that downvotes do not earn you any curation rewards.

2.What happened if I vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting
The reward is distributed half and half of the payout to both the curator and the author. When an author post a content and a curator rewards that post at the time of posting, the 100% curation reward stay within the pool.
To answer the question
What will happen if I vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting
After 1 minute ,
the curator reward is 20%
and the pool's reward is 80%.
After 2 minutes ,
the curator reward is 40%
and the pool's reward is is 60%.
After 3 minutes , the curator reward is 60% and
the pool's reward is 40%.
After 4 minutes , the curator reward is 80% and
the pool's reward is 20%
After 5 minutes, the curator reward is 100% and
the pool's reward is 0%.
Conclusion: 100% of the curation rewards goes to the curator of the post after the 5 minutes mark.
3.Who will you vote for Steem Witness ? and Why?
I know I'm willing to vote for 30 witnesses and first I would vote for
@justyy as my witnesses because he was the one who created a fabulous tool on steem blockchain "Steemyy"
4.Which community will I join in Steemit, and why?
There are different communities on steemit where members post good content.
I'm from Morocco, I am Arab, speak fluent French and good in English and Spanish. Above all I am open to other cultures/traditions and languages. Since there is no limited number of communities I can join, I can join all communities with high quality content.
Besides, I have already go through many communities and I have joined several.
Here after, three communities that I joined recently as they have contests and I've already participated in some of them :)
