Achievement 6 By @kinghearts Task : Understanding Curation and Community
Well, see you again @kinghearts, after a long wait for verification on achievement 5.4, just now it has been directly verified by @tarpan, thanks you brother. This time I will immediately write an Achievement 6 Task with the title "Understanding Curation and Community for Newcomers". Without procrastinating on the introduction, let's jump right into the discussion, and answer some of the questions in this advanced Achievement assignment.
1. Do you understand how voting and curation work on steemit?
- First of all, I will answer how voting works on steemit. As we now all know that voting is voting from votes, in this case voting is like the power to be able to choose the posts we want to vote for. You can check how much your voting power is on

Each time you vote, you will also apply a small percentage of your voting power to them. It should also be noted that; when you do an activity with more upvotes, your vote will have less impact than your upvote when it is at 100%, here you don't have to worry, your mana will be refilled again in 20% every day.
- Now for the second, how to Curate on Steemit. Curation in steemit language is very simple, you can say with prizes for curation, this is part of the prizes that we will get when we up-vote on other people's posts.

To make it easier for us to understand this, I will explain in an example, as follows; "if later someone uploads or makes a post and then we can like the post by voting on the post then to appreciate it we will later get rewarded by a prize that is obtained called Curation Reward, and this can also depend on the strength of Steem Our own power (SP).
2. What will happen if you select a post before 5 minutes after posting?
As we both see and we all know, the prizes on the post are generally allocated up to 50% of the payment that goes to the author who posts/comments, and another 50% will go to the curator. In this case I will show on Steemit FAQ
There it can be explained that from 50% later that will go to the curator, the curator will also receive less than 100% this happens if the curator casts his vote in the first 5 minutes.
The division will also be calculated linearly based on the time of voting, and the division of that time will be explained in the table below;

3. Who will you choose to be Steem Witness? and why did you choose him?
Who will you choose to be Steem Witness? "Here I choose a lot to be a steem witness, wait I will show you the photos, who I choose", and if asked why did you choose him? I will answer "because I have supported him and saw so many who voted for him so I am interested in voting for them.
4. Which community will you join on this Steemit, and why are you following it?
Really this is a question that must be answered personally is not it? and I will try to answer that question with the understanding I have. "the community that I follow is on steemit" here I have followed several communities including "Steem Crypto Academy", "Steem Sea" and "SIZ", as well as several other communities, for other communities to be honest I haven't had the spare time to join. and in it and to write some articles and publish the photos that I have for there.
For now I post more often on the "SIZ" community when asked Why ? maybe it is one of the communities that I can join because I like the IT field, especially about assembling and repairing computers as well as existing software.
Finally after a long time I was able to complete some achievement tasks in this newcomer community, and that was my Achievement 6 task.
