What Foods Should You Eat When You're Sick?
One of the key things to do when sick is to rest and eat foods that are rich with the proper nutrients. Sadly, there is no food that is good enough to help cure your disease, when you eat the right classes of food with its proper combination, it can help support your body's immune system, and help you to recover faster.
On this post I'm going to be talking about my personal favourite type of dish that helps when sick, Chicken soup.

Chicken soup is a popular dish that many people like and would probably love to eat when sick. Chicken soup provides the body with a lot of nutrients that help support the body's immune system. Vitamins, minerals and proteins are essential nutrients that people who has fallen ill should consume in order to recover from illnesses a bit faster.
DOES DRINKING CHICKEN SOUP HELP YOUR SICKNESS GET BETTER?
It depends on what is making you sick. If you have a stomach virus, then I guess not but it helps with other aspects of the body. The soup must be thin and not thick so that it won't coat the throat and cause other ailments. Soups made with cream and/or milk should be avoided so as to not cause further illness. Chicken soup often combats cold.
