Labor plays an important role in labor's life. Labor pain or pain brings success in the life of a laborer. People are engaged in various professions to meet the needs of their families. Among which labor is one of the most difficult tasks. We have various types of skilled labor in Bangladesh.They get profit in proportion to the work they do every day. For example, a mason's labor is usually 500 rupees. Its steam equivalent value is 22.75. I always respect paid people,
We know that International Workers' Day is usually celebrated as May Day. I know that Labor Day is celebrated every year on May 1st. On this day, some of the demands or demands of hardworking laborers play an important role.In different countries of the world,working people and labor organizations celebrate the day through organized marches and processions on the streets.In many other countries, it is celebrated privately.The role of labor is many to transfer our necessary goods.

A worker's work involves both physical and human effort. Giving labor is the moral of all workers in Bangladesh. which is subject to continuous time. But it is important for us to always be aware of labor demand.A person will do an act during sleep.But if he labors more than that, he must be overpaid.I think it is the moral responsibility of every organization to treat our workers fairly and pay them according to their work on this Labor Day.
In our present scenario in Bangladesh. 60% of workers are not paid the right price for their work. Especially from wage earners to day laborers they are not paid the right price. At present government officials are ahead in terms of facilities. When I talk about a rickshaw puller. A driver works hard for 12 hours every day from 8 am to 12 pm. Bears his own expenses which are earned excluding expenses in the family. 300 rupees deposit. She earns 9000 thousand rupees in a month. But I think if her monthly income is 15000 thousand, that is her fair income.But a rickshaw pulls a passenger if he wants a wal narya vara. Then a jobber would have paid a proper salary and allowance. Then we would not have seen this day. I think. But government and private employees are enjoying the same benefits.

So far in our country private employees or daily wage laborers who work hard, do not get their proper salary allowance or daily wages properly. Still they try to be happy with what they get. No agitation or violence. I think public institutions, And day laborers and rickshaw pullers should ensure their proper financing. This will benefit the country and nation, the rate of poor in the country will decrease by 30%. I always appeal to the government to take the right steps.

The daily wage laborers of our country are struggling with what they earn, but hope to live happily with their families. But their lives are in danger due to lack of proper medical facilities.Currently in the education sector, private schools and colleges are collecting extra money. Manpower cannot be properly educated in higher education. Because due to ability, a day laborer or rickshaw puller has the ability to wear up to SSC.

Everyone is together on this holiday. and outlines all the demands of the workers. The role of working people worldwide is very important in socio-economic development.Various activities are being implemented to improve the quality of life and welfare of the working people of the country. The government discusses these issues. This day is celebrated through the determination of some policies. It gives slogans to fulfill the fair demands of the workers.And public meetings are organized to fulfill some demands of the workers with the presence of various government officials.But I try to participate. But follow the day and always wish the workers well.
I will talk about education above all because I have come to know that education is the most important thing in human life. Which plays an important role for every family. If I hire any labor or laborer for any work in our house.I always reward them for their hard work by treating them well. I see a worker's skill with work speed and hard work. Then I feel inspired for them. And seeing their hard work sweat.I give them food and water. I am happy to give them this hard work. May day will be celebrated in the country with the aim of working for 8 hours a day and establishing world peace. So on this day I always show respect to all the workers.
