How are you all my friends? I hope all of you are well by the grace of Almighty Allah. Alhamdulillah I am also well by God's grace and your love. It's been a week and I'm here with my next part. So before I start the new part I am sharing the old post link for your better understanding. And the topic I discussed in Part 5 is Importance and process of PH-Correction in ETP plant.
. Today I will discuss The importance of PVA Geltank in the biological ETP plant. Besides I also discuss many more things. So let's start.

Today I will discuss about the most important aspects of our biological Etp plant which plays a major role in treating the waste water of our plant.This tank of Etp plant is called PVA Geltank. Here PVA is Polyvinyl Alcohol which is like small spherical granules. This gel is used for advanced treatment of wastewater where aerobic bacteria depend on it to survive. This gel lasts up to 10 years once applied to the plant.

This PVA gel is used for the bacteria to live and propagate and the tank is constantly aerated to keep the bacteria alive. And of course the water temperature also needs to be controlled to keep the bacteria alive.Here Urea and DAP fertilizers are given daily and Chitagur is given occasionally to increase the bacterial activity.

These bacteria dispose of the waste in the water and purify the water after which the water in this tank is transferred to the next stage. However, nets are used here to prevent the gels from moving away with the water transfer where the gels are trapped. It is placed at the end of the gel tank. It is a round shaped mesh placed 1ft below the surface of the water.

Of course, biological ETP plant for water purification is an advanced technology that plays an effective role in protecting the environment.But we have to maintain this gel tank constantly so that there is no problem. And the things that are given special attention are:

• Of course, we need to test the water three times a day so that we can know if the water condition is all right.

• We have to fertilize these gel tanks every day so that the bacteria living here can maintain their viability. Because if the bacteria die, the water will not be purified.

• The sensors set up here need to be cleaned regularly so that we can observe the readings of the moment. And of course, these tanks are required to maintain air movement at certain pressures so that the bacteria are alive and they can function properly.

• And we have to clean the net used in this gel tank at least once a week so that the gel is not stuck there. If it is not cleaned, the tank can be overflowed with water at any time, causing gels to be wasted or reduced.
