For this post, I would like to make a quick report of what I did during the week.

Ngayong umaga ay ibabahagi ko sa inyo ang paraan sa pagluluto ng PALAPA, isang pagkain ng mga kaibigan nating Muslim. Pero bago tayo magsimulang magluto ay ibabahagi ko muna ang tungkol sa ulam na ito. Ang PALAPA ay isa sa mga sikat na pagkaing muslim, binibenta ito sa ibat-ibang lugar gaya ng Marawi, Lanao, Iligan at saan mang lugar na maraming kapatid nating muslim o sa lugar na maraming kumakain nito. Isa itong uri ng maanghang na pagkain at masarap itong kainin lalo na kapag may ginataan.

My mother's farm has lot of guavas and whenever my eldest daughter will go there with her Lola, she brings home guavas so her siblings could have too. She's so thoughtful, isn't she?

Every time I'm not going somewhere for ministry, I am in Cabalantian National High School canteen, helping my mother to cook and sell for some snacks. I am her personal assistant and a washer of kitchen utensils, and her cashier at the same time. Usually we stayed from morning 6am until afternoon 3pm at canteen, but today, I thank God that we early sold out our snacks at 2pm so we went home early in the afternoon.

I was assigned to create the community contest for this week entitled, "My New Year Goals"
