Greetings dear steemain friends,I Hope you all are well. I am also fine by the grace of god.Every engagement contest this week is awesome.So today I'm back to participate in this wonderful engagement challenge hosted by the Healthy Steem The name of this challenge is SEC-S16 / W6 | "The Science of Aging👩"So I will discuss this topic in detail. So let's get started, stay with me.


👩‍⚕️ What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

We have to remember one thing first that this disease is created with age.So I think that a human process is basically a process or relationship due to various reasons of life style natural relationship.Each cell in our body has specialized organelles.which we can only experience.This process starts especially after the birth of a child.I think it cannot be age defined indefinitely.Especially in old age such as above 40-45 may face problems.Gradually the body parts are reduced towards the insect.Every cell in our body is connected to an organ.So I can easily say that this process takes place over time and as people age.


👩‍⚕️ Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?

99% of 100% of people are afraid of getting old. I think that life does not go on in one way so to say that people must grow old at the point of obligation.I think things are different in some cases.Some of the following are seen when a person suddenly becomes a hindrance to the movement of his normal life.As they get older, they cannot store energy in their body.Their memory is very greedy.They get tired very easily. Especially with their time, they also eat different types of food without following the rules, it creates many harms for their physical and body.


👩‍⚕️ Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?

First of all, vitamin C food is needed to protect our body and skin.Another thing to say is that vitamin C helps to keep teeth, skin and hair always good.Acts as an antioxidant that is ahead of the immune system of the human body.

★Vitamins are generally considered to be beneficial for our health.There is no substitute for omega-3 fats in food metabolism and keeping the body healthy.So Omega-3 is essential for health and is an unsaturated fat.

★Of course we should eat protein rich food. This will create a lot of energy and attention during old age.Foods containing protein are very beneficial and immense for our health.


👩‍⚕️ Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?

★First of all I would say that running is the purpose of building a beautiful body and physique in old age.Every day we must run or jog according to the rules with reference to time. Even increasing the running time a little each day.

★Like I mentioned there are many people who are above 60 years but their fitness is very good. If I mention more I can think of many football players.

★You can practice swimming exercise for quite some time if you want.People's heart and lungs are much healthier as a result of swimming. Sometimes, even if there are many diseases, if there is a problem with exercise, swimming is not usually the case.

Amigo la vejes es parte de la vida así que aunque muchos nos de miedo envejecer debemos aceptarlo.

Las vitaminas son importantes para retardar el envejecimiento y hacer ejercicio como caminar también ayuda mucho me gusta mucho la natación espero no envejecer tan pronto.

I think that it is more that we don't know what is going to happen to us when we age that is the problem. In other words, will we age well, or will it be a difficult journey.

Hello @sushanta83, hope you are doing well. I just read your post and it's lovely. I noticed that you said a majority of people are scared of old age, however I didn't see if you included yourself in this majority. Considering that you are also afraid of old age, I would say that it doesn't help to be afraid. The mind is a powerful tool, it needs positivity and courage. Those who are scared, is mainly due to the challenges that comes with old age. Let us all prepare for such a moment while we still can, because the period must come some day.
Protein and vitamin based foods are very nutritive to the body and quite recommendable.

Running and walking all helps the body muscles and bones. Swimming also acts as a good cardiovascular exercise to help reduce the risk of catching some sicknesses that associate with aging.
