Let's start by congratulating last week's winners. I am delighted to have the opportunity to participate in this second week of the Engagement Challenge. I appreciate this wonderful initiative. The purpose of this week's challenge is to encourage the reduction of processed sugar consumption.

Sugar This product is for our daily use. There are benefits, but if you don't know how to use it or if you use it in excess, the disadvantages are not lessened. Eating too much can harm our bodies. There is no one who does not like dessert after a meal. However, many people are unaware of how harmful they are to the heart.

However, decades ago, studies showed that a diet high in sugar is dangerous for the heart and is one of the causes of various heart diseases. Also, there can be a variety of problems.

Sugar is forbidden for diabetics. If you have diabetes, you have to follow a diet. Otherwise, sugar will not be under control. Diabetes is taking its toll. Now, many people are suffering from this disease. Many things have to be removed from life if you are affected by this disease. Only then is the disease under control. In particular, sugar is to be avoided.

👩⚕️ Do you know how much sugar you consume per day?

Almost all of us drink and eat sugary foods every day. Every month, we need an extra 3 kg of sugary foods. Speaking of me, I eat at least 50 grams of sugar per day. Although it is injurious to health, it is eaten for the taste of the mouth.

👩⚕️ Do you have a family member who has problems with diabetes?

Alhamdulillah, no one in my family has diabetes. Every seven seconds in the world, including in Bangladesh, a person is diagnosed with diabetes. People who have parents, siblings or close relatives with diabetes are at a higher risk of developing the disease.

👩⚕️ Have you had a problem with sugar?

Alhamdulillah, I have no problem with sugar. I walk and exercise regularly. The last time I had a medical check-up, my sugar level was said to be fine. As we all know, health is a priceless asset. So, we should keep ourselves healthy even if it hurts a little.

Without sugar, most of our meals are incomplete. For a long time, people have believed that a small amount of sugar is harmless. However, according to a recent article published in the journal 'Queensland Health,' even a small amount of sugar can be detrimental. The danger of injury increases as the sugar concentration rises.

According to experts, if sugar and salt are to be eliminated, then sugar should be eliminated. Not only that, sugar can also increase blood pressure, depression, and diabetes levels. Even if you consume an excessive amount of sugar, your intelligence will gradually deteriorate.

There is a saying about health: Health is wealth. Health is the root of all happiness. Our health is threatened by food. Its effect is also felt in our minds. Again, a healthy body becomes sick because of our own eating habits.

There is no reason to think that he is happy if he has lots of money, cars and houses. It has no value to a sick person. He wants to get well at any cost. A rich man who can eat nothing but a mountain of food in front of him is a healthy person with broken bones who can take his food with satisfaction. Such is the case with health. Many riches are worthless to him. It is more important to eat in moderation and stay healthy than to end up with heartburn and end up in bed. The quality of food does not depend on the taste of the mouth.

Hello friend greetings to you.

You consume about 50g sugar perday. I have read it, a male should take 37g and woman should take 25g sugar perday. I think your limit is somehow increase. Try to minimize it or increase your physical activities.
