I am @sadaf02 from Lahore Pakistan.

How are you doing ? I hope you are spending a happiest and healthiest life by the blessings of Allah Almighty. I am also quite well. In the community of healthy steem an informative contest is organized by our beloved and respected lady @suboohi . I pay my thanks to you for giving us a chance to share our knowledge. The title of the contest is : Back Pain.
I am here for share my knowledge about back pain. It is the most common problem in everyone life.
Let's start the post.

Back Pain

It is a physical discomfort condition which occurs anywhere on the spine. It is ranging from mild to disabling. It is a sudden sharp pain. It occurs from the neck to spine. It can caused by different factors including :

Bulging or Ruptured Disks :

The discs of our body acts as a cushions between the bones of spine. The soft material present inside the disc can bump and press on a nerve.

Muscle or Ligament Strain :

Lifting a heavy luggage and uncoordinated movement can stress on the back muscles and ligament.

Osteoporosis :

If your bones become porous and brittle then your spines vertebrae can develop fractures.

Posture and Movement :

Bad off posture and sitting for long time or performing movement again and again can cause to the back pain.

Medical Conditions :

The following conditions can lead to the back pain fibromyalgia , spondylolisthesis and scoliosis.

Suggesions For Back Pain

For managing the back pain , follow these suggestions :

Physical Therapy :

  • Daily Exercise reduce back bone pain and align it.

  • Some Exercises are specific for the improvement of backache.

Rest And Activity Modification :

  • Avoid those activities which cause and increase the pain.

  • Start such activities like swimming and walking.

Medication :

  • Diclofenac sodium is used as a pain killer for back pain.

  • Take Muscle relaxant, if needed.

Cold and Heat Therapy :

  • Apply ice packs to prevent inflammation.

  • Use heat packs to relax tense muscle.

Posture Improvement :

  • Keep right posture position while sitting , standing and sleeping.

  • Use ergonomic furniture.

Weight management :

  • Maintain a healthy weight to prevent
    stress on back.

Clinical Diagnosis :

  • Consult to a health care provider for a complete guesstimation.

  • Follow the mentioned treatments and do physical therapies.

Regular Exercise :

  • Include regular exercises which can help to improve overall fitness and back strength.

Stress Management :

  • Try to do relaxation techniques like meditation or yuga.

Alternative Treatments :

Use tense therapy and massage therapy.

If pain is endless or is severe , then it is most important to consult medical advisor for a proper treatment.
