In this Challenge we will discuss the aging process. We need to study several causes of this process to enrich our insight in depth.

👩 What medical processes are behind aging and at what age does the process actually begin?

Everyone willdefinitely grow old, this is not about life choices but the destiny that we have to live. The choice is how do we want to enjoy old age? Not everyone can truly live peacefully in old age.

Every person is different when it comes to the aging process. Everything happens gradually and this process occurs when the age reaches 40-50 years. Physically a person will look weaker and start to have health problems.

This also has an influence on a person's psychological condition. Usually someone who has reached old age will experience delays in thinking and remembering.

I don't think we should be afraid of getting old. What we should be afraid of is that we are not ready for that condition. We must really prepare ourselves to face old age beautifully.

The biggest challenge within us is fear and not being ready to live old age. If we realize that youth is a process towards old age, then we will prepare ourselves to overcome all these challenges.

Many of the people around us are old and elderly, but they look lively and energetic. From them we learn that we just need to live life as well as possible to achieve a happy old age.

👩 Write down three nutrients that can prevent aging?

Indirectly, we often consume foods that contain important nutrients to prevent the aging process. However, this alone is not enough without being supported by a healthy lifestyle.

  • Foods rich in fiber content.
    In vegetables and fruit there is a lot of fiber which is very important for our health. This fiber is also able to prevent the aging process in humans.

  • Foods that contain vitamins
    There are many foods that contain various kinds of vitamins which are very good for helping prevent aging.
    We can get several kinds of vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B-complex, vitamin C and vitamin E by consuming various kinds of vegetables and fruit.

  • Foods with animal protein sources.
    We can get this protein source from meat, fish and egg products. Foods that contain animal protein are very good to consume regularly and this has the benefit of preventing slow aging.

👩 Write down three sports that can make you look youthful even in old age?

Some sports activities are believed to prevent aging, and this allows us to look more youthful in old age.

  • Yoga.
    Yoga does not have movements that are too strenuous like other sports. . However, by doing yoga we will have relaxation of the mind and peace of mind. This will make the mind more relaxed and able to reduce stress levels.

  • Jogging
    Many people do jogging regularly to keep themselves healthy. Scientifically, someone who jogs regularly will have better fitness. Of course this can make our bodies look more youthful even in old age. I often jog at least three times a week.

  • Squats
    This is a light type of exercise and very easy to do. We can do it anywhere and anytime. This exercise functions to strengthen the muscles in the hip and thigh area.

Hello @rumaisha, warm greetings to you and your household. In a way, you are right to say aging starts around 45 years, and I know it's because that's around the period it is evident enough. But the reality of it is that aging is gradually and starts as early as 25 years to 30 years.
I admire your answers to the second question, indeed we shouldn't fear aging, rather we should be concerned about the challenges it comes with, and think of ways to slow it down. And i agree with your nutritional items, especially vitamins and protein based food, it helps provide the minerals that are lacking during aging period. All 3 points (squats, yoga and jogging are perfect exercises to remedy aging.

Aging is a natural and inescapable phenomenon that happens to people who are advanced in age. When the skin loses its elasticity and the bones begin to wear off, then aging has begin.
