Hello @rumaisha, warm greetings to you and your household. In a way, you are right to say aging starts around 45 years, and I know it's because that's around the period it is evident enough. But the reality of it is that aging is gradually and starts as early as 25 years to 30 years.
I admire your answers to the second question, indeed we shouldn't fear aging, rather we should be concerned about the challenges it comes with, and think of ways to slow it down. And i agree with your nutritional items, especially vitamins and protein based food, it helps provide the minerals that are lacking during aging period. All 3 points (squats, yoga and jogging are perfect exercises to remedy aging.
