Aging is a normal process for a living human being. Aging is a physiological change in the human body at the cellular, molecular and systemic levels. Aging can manifest itself through a physical disability or a decline in the functioning of an organ.

No, we must be old. If I live long, God will keep me alive until old age. I am never afraid of that old age. But in the current social context, I am worried that I will not grow old where I have to walk with the help of others. In old age, people face some difficulties, these are physical challenges, mental stress, financial problems, social problems. To overcome these, a strong economic position from a young age to be made Everyone who lives long has to grow old and I will not get rid of it if I live, so I will accept it.

Aging cannot be prevented but if we follow a good nutritious diet to start this aging late then the aging effect will come in our body very late. Some nutritious foods are:

  1. Protein-rich foods such as fish, meat, and other foods that play a role in our anti-aging.

  2. fresh fruit; Lemons, guavas, bananas, papayas, etc. contain vitamin-C which is anti-aging.

  3. Regular meals include vegetables and fresh produce produced without chemicals (organically grown).

These nutrients are healthy and we can also prepare our diet according to the advice of a personal doctor.

Exercise is not only for looking young in old age but also plays an important role in increasing our physical abilities. Exercising people get sick less and have fewer visits to the doctor. Exercise keeps us physically healthy as well as mentally. Regular exercise is essential to keep us looking young as we age.

  1. Regular walk in the morning or afternoon: Doing this increases the blood circulation in the body and makes one physically stronger.

  2. Yoga: There is no substitute for yoga to strengthen yourself mentally, if we are mentally weak then we can get sick even with nutritious food.

  3. Cycling, cutting satar, : Cycling is not a substitute for keeping fit, but it is very important to keep oneself fit and healthy.
