1. Make a healthy diet chart for normal adult.


First of all, a healthy diet plan is not about strict food restrictions, being unrealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love.

A really good diet plan means eating a well-balanced diet that will help you feel better, have more energy, improve your health, and lift your mood.

Following a healthy diet plan doesn't have to be overly complicated. Here, what matters most is your overall diet, and eating well means eating foods closer to what nature made them.

We all need a balance of protein, fat, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins and minerals in our diet to maintain a healthy body and mind. Here, you don't need to eliminate food types from your diet. Instead, you can choose an alternative balance from each category. Now let's look at a healthy diet plan.

2. Are fruits enough to eat on daily basis?


A healthy, balanced diet is essential for maintaining good health and this includes eating a variety of foods to achieve and maintain a healthy body weight.
If we become more aware of this,

🌿Carbohydrates:
This provides energy and should be 50-60% of your diet and choose whole grains, legumes for this.

🌿Protein:
Essential for building muscle and maintaining skin and hair, protein should comprise 10-12% of your diet and include sources such as poultry, seafood, eggs, lean meats, nuts, seeds and Greek yogurt.

🌿Fats:
Healthy fats are important for maintaining body temperature and absorbing fat-soluble vitamins, so choose sources like avocados, nuts, seeds, olive oil and fatty fish.

🌿Vitamins:
Vitamins play an important role in various bodily functions and can be obtained from fruits, vegetables and seeds.

🌿Minerals:
Minerals help release energy and organ development, and include iron, calcium, potassium, iodine and sodium through fish, meat, beans, and whole grains.

🌿Fiber:
Essential for digestion and controlling cholesterol and blood sugar. For this, eat fiber from oats, quinoa, brown rice, beans, nuts and seeds.

🌿Water:
Essential for many physical activities, so stay hydrated by consuming at least eight glasses of water a day.

So as indicated above we need to eat fruits regularly. But we can be healthy not only by eating fruits. For that a balance diet is essential.


🍓Which foods should be included always in a healthy diet chart?

We should be smart to reduce the amount of food we eat and plan it in such a way that we get more nutrients. For that, we should identify highly nutritious foods that should be added to our daily diet. I believe that our body's well-being will be very good because of that.

The following foods are special for this.

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

  • Brassica vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower.

  • Green leafy vegies such as spinach and kale.

  • Orange vegies such as carrots, sweet potato and pumpkin.

  • Red fruit and vegies

  • Berries

  • Wholegrain oats.

  • Greek yoghurt

  • Wholegrains (brown rice, quinoa)

  • eggs

  • Nuts and seed

  • Avocado
