I am really thankful to the team of Healthy Steem for organising another Engagement Challenge for the week 6 in session 16. I am ready to participate in the challenge.

👩 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

There are nine major causes of ageing.
There are actually genes called longevity gene. Epigenome decides whether genes are switched on or off where and when they are needed.

The loss of information is the process of ageing in case of human biology. There are two types of information in body. There is the genetic information which is digital.

There are other parts of information in our body which decides what gene to switch on or off in what cell at what time in response to what we eat. And it turns out to 80% of our future longevity and health is controlled by the second part.

Several lifestyle factors have been identified, such as diet, obesity, physical activity, alcohol consumption, tobacco smoking, psychological stress, environmental pollutants, and working on night shifts might modify epigenetic patterns.

We start to age at 25 at cellular level.

The blood pressure control

CREATE A HEALTHY EATING PATTERN

Watch calories and eat smaller portions.

ENJOY

fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, legumes, nuts, plant-based proteins, lean animal proteins, fish and seafood, skinless poultry.

LIMIT

alcohol, sweetened drinks, red and processed meats, sodium, refined carbohydrates like added sugars and processed grain foods,highly processed foods, full-fat dairy products, tropical oils like coconut and palm oil.

AVOID

trans fat and partially hydrogenated oils.

👩 Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?

HOW TO BE MORE ACTIVE

150 MINUTES of moderate aerobic activity (water aerobics, social dancing, gardening)

OR

75 MINUTES of vigorous aerobic activity (Running, swimming laps, jumping ropes)

ADD INTENSITY

Increase time, distance, amount or effort for mons benefit.

SIT LESS

Get up and move throughout the day

Do something active every day at about the same time, it becomes a regular habit.

Aging is a natural and inescapable phenomenon that happens to people who are advanced in age.

There are nine major causes of ageing.
There are actually genes called longevity gene. Epigenome decides whether genes are switched on or off where and when they are needed.

This is my first time knowing the fact that longevity genes exists. This gene needs to activated in my system as soon as possible. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, etc are the recommended foods sources needed to slow down aging. Good luck on your post.

As humans, we really need to drink enough water because it helps the body system to function well act very accurate. People hardly drink due to it's scarcity in their area and this is very bad, most of them end up drinking dirty water which is more worst.

The loss of information is the process of ageing in case of human biology. There are two types of information in the body.

It's fascinating to learn about the role of information loss in aging. As someone interested in biology, I've come across similar concepts in my studies. For instance, the idea that our genes and epigenetic factors influence how our bodies age underscores the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

As far as I know, aging is a natural process that begins at the cellular level much earlier than we might realize. I can understand that you don't want to be get older before age and this is due to a lot of challenges and concerns that we all should keep in our mind and these are that increase in the blood sugar level blood pressure as well as bad cholesterol in body with the passage of time as we get older due to slowing down off overall metabolism.

As well as when I talk about your nutritional choices then that's great that all process the foods should be avoided and all natural foods including fruits and vegetables should be added in our life for causing delayed aging process
