Amigos todos conocemos el cigarrillo como una sustancia dañina y podemos leer en libros, periódicos, documentales y otros las causas nocivas del cigarrillo.

Pero qué le ocurre a quien deja de fumar?Cuáles son las consecuencias de dejar de fumar?

Muchas personas incluso médicos afirman que dejar de fumar empeora la situación del fumador... Cree usted que una persona que deja de fumar su salud mejora o empeora? Explique el porqué?

Diga usted si ha vivido una experiencia propia o ajena de algún conocido familiar que haya dejado de fumar, las consecuencias han sido buenas o malas?

Qué consejo le daría a una persona que fuma y está presentando problemas de salud le diría que deje de fumar o que continúe haciéndolo?

But what happens to someone who quits smoking? What are the consequences of quitting?

Many people, including doctors, affirm that quitting smoking worsens the smoker's situation... Do you think that a person who quits smoking improves or worsens their health? Please explain why?

What advice would you give to a person who smokes and is having health problems, would you tell them to stop smoking or to continue smoking?
