I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives today I will tell you how we can eat potatoes. There are different ways to eat potatoes, and we can eat them in different ways. Whoever likes it can eat it in that way. One important thing is that we eat it by adding it to various vegetables and often by adding it to meat. This is a different method but today I will only tell you how we can eat potatoes alone. Today I will present to you three ways in which we can eat potatoes.

Benefits Of Potato

First of all, we see the benefits of potatoes. There are many benefits of eating potatoes as follows.

Rich In Nutrients:

We can use potatoes to get potassium and vitamins. Because it contains vitamins like vitamin C and B6 which are beneficial to us. Similarly, it contains various antioxidants which are very good for our overall health.

Energy Boost:

Potatoes contain carbohydrates and this is the only source of energy that we can get quickly. It is commonly used by athletes to generate energy quickly in their body. Or it can be used by someone who needs energy and needs it quickly as it builds energy quickly in the person.

Weight Management:

It is a good way to make low-calorie food if we prepare it in a healthy way and in a good way. Because it is low in calories and makes us feel full when we eat it. When we eat even a little of it, we feel full. In this way, we will be less inclined towards food and we will eat less food which will not cause obesity.

Skin Health:

Along with vitamin C and B complex vitamins, aloe also contains potassium and magnesium. Which is good for our skin as it maintains our skin elasticity.

Blood Pressure Regulation:

Potatoes are high in potassium which balances sodium in the body. And helps lower blood pressure It is beneficial for lowering blood pressure.

Heart Health:

Potatoes contain fiber, which is beneficial for lowering cholesterol. Similarly, it is very beneficial for heart patients. Potatoes are low in fat which is very good for heart patients. Because eating fatty food is poison for a heart patient. Therefore, he can eat potatoes by boiling or baking them in the way I mentioned earlier, but he should avoid them.

Here is Three Ways To Eat Potato

Potato Chips

The first way is that we can make potato chips and eat them. The chips that we also get from the market are called finger chips and lady finger chips. Because it is as thin as anger we fry it in oil and eat it. How to make it first we have to have the ingredients, in the ingredients we have potato and so on with our oil. Along with this, we have some besan salt and red pepper added in this besan. These are our ingredients and we have to mix them to prepare them.

First, we have to take the potatoes and wash them well with water. After washing them we have to themel them, most of the time some people it by peeling them and some people like to eat them like that. He can eat as much as he likes. He first washed it and cleaned it from the top if there were any stains etc. And now I finger-typed them with a machine.

Now put besan in a vessel and add a little salt to taste and a little red pepper to the besan mix it with water and make a paste. As it becomes a paste, you have to add potato chips little by little in this paste which we have prepared by machine.

After dipping it well in this paste, you have to place a pan on a stove, add oil, and heat it. As soon as the oil is fully heated, we have to put the dipped chips in the hot Thend then keep stirring them with this method and keep it out when it is cooked in a good way.

This way we will have potato chips ready. And we can eat it with ketchup or any other sauce.

Roasted Potato

Another way to eat potatoes is that we don't have to put in much effort. Only we have to have potatoes and we have to have salt. With these two things, we prepare them. I will now tell you how to prepare it.

First of all, we have to take a pan place it on the stove and light it. And then we have to add salt to it and we have to stir the salt until it gets hot. When the salt is heated properly, then put the small potatoes that are fried quickly in this hot salt. After adding the salt, cover it with salt from above, the salt that is inside the pan itself. Because that salt will be hot and will heat from the inside from the top to the bottom from all sides and it will cook the potatoes inside.

Leave these potatoes covered for some time so that they absorb the heat inside. And then stir it after some time because if it stays in one place then the potatoes will burn from the bottom. So to protect them from this you have to keep stirring and stirring until they are cooked well. When they are cooked, the skin on top of them starts to turn slightly black and we can check it by touching it if they are soft or not.

When it is cooked, you can take it out and eat it. This is an easy way to eat potato that does not require us to add any other ingredients. Alone we can eat these potatoes because they are salty, we have already roasted them in salt.

Steamed Potato

The third and last way is that first, we have to take the potatoes and wash them well. And also we have to take salt and then we have to cut them to pieces. We have to cut to the point that this potato is not in two pieces but only one piece but there is a cut in between. We have to put salt inside this cut, when we put salt inside it, then we have to keep it aside. In the same way, after cutting all the potatoes, we have to make a small cut and fill it with salt.

The amount of salt should not be too much so that your potatoes do not spoil. Because when there is more salt, then the taste will be worse because we cannot eat something with more salt. All we have to do is add salt to taste and stuff them.

When we have to cut it well and salt it then we have to take a pot which we have to put on the fire. We have to put all these potatoes in this pot before putting it on the fire. After placing it in this pot, we have to place it over the fire and close the lid well from above so that no air escapes from outside.

This method is the method of steaming potatoes because when we put salt inside it, and heat it, then a little moisture is created. From this moisture, steam is made and this potato is cooked only through this steam. Because it is something that we can cook lightly even with heat.

In this way, we have to keep it for 20 to 25 minutes on top of the plant. And a small fire is to be lit, then it will become with its heat with its own generated steam and the potatoes will be cooked well.

After 20 to 25 minutes, when you look at it, the potatoes will be perfectly cooked and soft enough to eat. These are three easy ways to eat potatoes. Hope you guys know how we can eat potatoes easily.
