Greetings to all Steemians, men, and ladies!
Week THREE of Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 19 is over!
We are excited to share feedback on Week 3's contest, which centered around the theme "Stylish Living."
We invited Steemians to participate and showcase their personal style and creativity, not just through their wardrobe choices but across various aspects of their daily lives. Through the posts of those who participated, we got to know so much more about many facets of their lives.

As per the introduction by the Steemt Team, it is up to the community team to decide how they will select their weekly winners.
Of importance for the team was staying focused on our goals of being fair, transparent, and supportive of ENGAGEMENT.
How did we manage this? We looked at the following:
- Authors must vote and resteem the contest post
- Authors must adhere to ALL the rules
- Authors must post good-quality posts
- Authors must have shown active engagement with the posts of their fellow Steemians. Quantity and quality are key and NOT most engaged
- All the members of the team had the right to nominate and vote for posts.

This is The only reason why I love this community so much because they notice every single single post. When I submitted my post and noticed that I was the only one who shared different content on this SEC, I felt disheartened. In my country,
for some political issue, we all are struggling for internet service, I managed to participate in this SEC with difficulty and this announcement made me extremely happy. Highly appreciated and no doubt they have a great team. All I can say is "Thank You."
