One unique characteristic of humans that differentiates us from animals is kindness. Whether through little or big deeds it makes people in need happy. Being kind is something that anyone can do regardless of their age, gender or origin. A simple smile or an offer of help can have a profound impact on someone life. There is a lot of ways we can be kind. Acts of kindness involve saying thank you listening to friends, and giving a hand to strangers. Not only does kindness make people happy but it also makes us happy. Being kind to others makes people happier and strengthens our bonds with them.

I continuously give a helping hand to those in need and show them my full respect. But now I discover that I am in need of other people kindness. The treatment for my cousin's aplastic anemia will set him back approximately 35 lakh rupees. The physicians won't begin his treatment without this sum which makes the situation extremely urgent and worrying. I've always supported people but I'm at a point now where I need help. It is a difficult moment and any support or kindness from others would be greatly appreciated by my family and me. We are hoping that good people will step up to support us during this difficult time.

My cousin has been without treatment for four months now. His father cannot handle the huge amount required. He has been going everywhere, asking for help from the offices of KPK Chief Minister Ali Ameen Gandapur and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, but so far no one has been able to help him. For any father this is an extremely trying situation. He is unable to manage such a big amount needed for the medical treatment of his 18 years old son. The entire family is under a great deal of stress and sadness. We are hoping and praying that some good people will come to our aid during this difficult time.

We have been contacting a lot of organizations that help those in need .But we have not yet received any kind of help. We are feeling helpless as the situation gets worse. We keep looking and requesting for help. We hopes that someone will hear us and come to our aid. We have not been able to pay the 35 lakh rupees. The doctor strictly demand complete payment in advance. She want full payment before in beginning the course of treatment. We are concerned for my cousin wellbeing .We feel extremely powerless as a result. Kindness and encouragement are just what we need to get through this trying moment.

My cousin has a great academic record and is a really nice boy. He had an exciting future ahead of him after completing his FSC with A+ grades. He put a lot of effort into his academics and inspired us all. But all of a sudden he became sick and was identified as having aplastic anemia. His life has been completely destroyed by this unexpected sickness. We are all quite concerned and are making every effort to locate help for his medical care. He is deserving of an opportunity to recover and fulfill his goals.In this situation, any form of help is greatly needed.

It is important that my cousin receives the care he requires. Every day we pray for his recovery and hope that good people would stand up to help us. May Allah help him and soon grant upon him health. Ameen. We are confident that he will recover and be able to continue pursuing his goals with the help of everyone prayers and support. We sincerely appreciate any help and support given to us at this trying time.
