HOW SIMPLE VIDEO I MADE ON ACHIEVEMENT TASK HAS HELPED MY RECRUITS TO SYART WRITING ACHIEVEMENT 2 AND 3 AS NEVER BEFORE 10% TO @STEEMALIVE BY @IJELADY

As a steamian and someone who have recruited so many people on steemit I noticed that many are inactive not that they are not interested in making money or writing on steemit, many find it difficult to learn how to write on steemit sometimes it is because they are not able to follow with WhatsApp Training or they are too busy to read or they find it difficult to read, many people are very good in watching video listening to audio than reading books or article so as a result of this many people have signed up but they cannot write achievement task, they cannot write diary game, you keep training everyday but still they are not getting it . From my experience I've noticed that in 10 persons I recruit 2 would be active 8 will be active.

I found out that many of them don't understand what I wrote on the training group as I'm typing they will read it follow it and become tired, is boring to them they can't follow up, so now I ask some of them, will you like to watch a video of the presentation? the reply I got shows that 90 percent of them want video , with video they can catch up so I decided to give it a trial I have so many persons that have done achievement1
but achievement2 becomes difficult so I decided to use video for my training now plus writing I did three videos but the one of Achievement2 is the one that have reached so many, I sent it to my training group many watched it and responded positively , I also send it to so many i know that have done Achievement1 but are unable to write Achievement2 and the results under 72 hours is amazing,. Many are writing Achievement2 now which am sure before Sunday they may be up to 10 that will write Achievement2..
