The theme of today...

Is the cocoa.

Cocoa is a fruit of the tree with the same name. Its use dates back to the times of the Aztecs, of the Mayans. It's a fruit that is produced in Venezuela and its product is recognized as one of the best in the culinary world.

The use of cocoa is not only used in the culinary part, but also in the pharmacological part. From the cocoa, its pulp is extracted to make the chocolate and the butter with which the cocoa butter is obtained.

And since the contest is that I do with cocoa, I use it in my cooking recipes. I make chocolate cakes, the cupcakes ... etc, with a chocolate flavor.

El cacao es un fruto del árbol con el mismo nombre. Su uso se remonto a los tiempos de los aztecas,. de los mayas. Es un fruto que se produce en Venezuela siendo su producto reconocido como uno de los mejores en el mundo culinario.

El uso del cacao no se estila solo en la parte culinaria, sino también a la parte farmacológica. Del cacao se extrae su pulpa para hacer el chocolate y la manteca con lo que se obtiene la manteca de cacao.

Y como el concurso es que hago con el cacao, yo lo uso en mis recetas de cocina. Hago los pasteles de chocolate, las magdalenas...etc, con sabor a chocolate.

Estas son mis donas con cobertura de chocolate y chispas de colores.
