Week 24!
This is my 24th report after being appointed as a Steem Representative. I am very grateful to the Steemit team for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to serve for the betterment of this platform and all users.
My 24th week from 22th to 28th September, 2024 in this platform all my performances are presented below in detail.
I have helped many users in the past week by guiding them in various directions. I have explored the issues of user posts in various communities. Also, as a Steem Representative, I have closely monitored the many community posts.
Like every time I have given some guidelines to some newcomers. Giving ideas on how to add titles and relevant tags to the posts and how to maintain club status. Also noticed inconsistency issues in posts of various users who do not maintain post standards.
Besides, I have always cautioned users about their use of images. In this regard, I have seen many users to manipulate the images they use. However, I am always ready to help users in their various ways, including solving such problems.
I also serve as moderator of communities. As a moderator, I monitor every user closely. I am very careful about checking every post for plagiarism, AI and repeated posts. I am most attentive to new users in particular. Also interested in helping and neutrally supporting all users of the platform.
Also I always want all users of steemit to work here honestly and orderly. I am always ready to give them proper guidelines and suggestions. For this I am always grateful that the Steemit team has hired me to serve the Platform.

Our community is currently maintaining good activity. As a Community Admin I am trying my best to grow the community and support and help all users of the platform.
I curate users from the official account of Steem4Professionals every day and do reviewing only once a week. New users post a lot in our community, giving them guidance and support.
I have been trying my best to keep the community active and have organized the community team members to organize various attractive competitions.

I had a total of 09 posts last week. Throughout the week I have shared my articles in various communities. Also I have tried to keep my articles varity & engage with users as well as regularly publish content. Details are given below :
Creative Writing
Every week I write some creative articles on my blog. Prayer is an attempt to communicate with or ask for something from the Supreme Creator or some other natural or supernatural being. All of us who believe in different religions offer prayers to their Lord. "Do you believe in prayers?"
Religious and various traditional festivals are celebrated every year in our villages or towns of Bangladesh. Here if I talk about religious festivals then first of all it has to be said that there are total four religions living in Bangladesh and they are Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists and Christians.My Favorite Festival.

Drawing Tutorial
Art has been my passion for a long time and I enjoy doing it so I thought I'd bring you something different. Drawing Tutorial: "A Bunch of Flowers".
I love these contests every week and I am constantly introduced to new and unknown fruits, which is why this contest is so special to me.Draw a Physalis Fruit.
I have presented all my activities for the last seven days. I will keep myself more active on the platform while fulfilling all my responsibilities as a Steem Representative. I will do my best to follow the rules of this platform and am committed to help and advise all users.
