It is my weekly report as Steem Representative. In this post, I will report my activities for the last 7 days.
My Activity In this Week::
- Checked our community posts, commented, guided users, attended the monthly meeting, and submitted booming reports.
- I have curated community-eligible posts with the @steem4bangladesh community account and checked community posts.
- I have given suggestions and guidelines to new community users and made 55 comments including moderation.
- The whole week, I worked as a Greeter and guided them.
- I reviewed and curated posts with the @travelingsteem community account, reviewed challenge posts, and submitted booming reports.

Community Activity Update

This Thursday we had our monthly community meeting attended by 35 members, new and old, including members of our Community Leadership Team. We tried to answer their Steemit related questions and solve their problems. I tried to explain the importance of burnsteem and the role of witnesses to the users present in the meeting. I will try to organize the next monthly meeting.

Starting this week, several changes have been made to the Newcomers Community Guidelines and some drastic changes have been made to previous Achievement Tasks. We are all trying to guide newcomers according to our common standards and invite previous newcomers who are not very active to become active through posts and comments.
This is the third contest for the Engagement Challenge and the topic is Traveling and enjoying in couple 👫. I checked both community posts and reviewed 13 engagement challenge posts.

This week I organized the fourth season of the food for mood contest. A number of 13 participants joined this contest in time duration. According to the rules, 3 users were selected as winners of all the participants.

My Power Up

This week I power up 166 Steem. From the beginning, I was more interested in power-up. So I power up regularly. Now my current steem power is 57,998.
Post Curation Report
Throughout this week, I have curated 224 posts. I have curated a total of 138 author's posts. I always try to curate the active posts of more users along with the Achievement Task, Native community Post, and Good Post from different communities so that they are more interested in posting.
