My Weekly Report as Country Representative for the Philippines from September 27-October 3, 2022 by @loloy2020
Greetings and A Blessed Day Everyone!
My duties and responsibilities as Country Representative are continuous despite all the personal duties also but I thank God for He never fails to strengthen and guide me to do all things needed to do, for without God I can do nothing.
It was indeed great for all of us most especially for the Steemit Philippines Community whose still growing day by day, and together with my Co-Country Representative @juichi and the moderators, were striving hard for the benefit of everyone.
Seeing some progress in the community from our members will lift me up to do my duties and responsibilities property.
Now, to sum up what I've in done in the community it can be divided into the following categories.

Building the Steemit Philippines Community and making it stable is not that easy knowing that we don't have enough resources to maintain the growth and support all its members but what I love to see in the community are those members who are still active even though they don't even receive much bigger support from other curators.
My insight into the community is this, the number of active members is sometimes in good numbers but sometimes it goes down maybe because their content was not supported much especially when they put much effort into creating it. I just hope and pray that more curators and support will be distributed or that others ways to support communities are much better.
We don't have active Weekly Contest as of the moment for some personal reasons but it is now part of our future plans to create more contest that everyone can participate and at the same time they will also having fun participating in all of it.

Our new moderator and the same time our Moderator Graphics posted an updated Logo and Cover Photo for our community account.
We can now officially announce the new official Logo of Steemit Philippines Community. This based on the proposal posted by @julstamban.

Both my personal account and the community account must serve as examples to all community members for whom I am the leader and country representative. We were given duties to complete for the community account, along with my co-admin who has full access to the keys.

To be a good example for our members, I will make sure that I am also active in the community by posting my Diary Game Entries and some other contents every week. Sometimes I have also posted my Travel Blog on Steemit Travel Community in which I am also a Moderator as a Team-Support Philippines, and lastly I have also included my Weekly Report as Country Representative for the Philippines.

To give credits to the efforts of our moderators who continuously supporting and give their best for the growth of our Community, here is a lists and summary of their weekly reports.
Here are the lists of the future plans in which we have already implemented one of it and have plans to start others too.
To choose Best 3 Post every Week - Our Moderators are tasks to share their own weekly report in the community and part of it were top 3 posts to receive Booming Upvote. Now, from Monday to Sunday the Te will going to choose Best 3 Post of the week who will win Steem Prizes.
To have a Referral Program - My co-admin and co-CR @juichi proposed this plan so that we could urge our members to ask their friends to join Steemit and in our community. We have conversations about how to achieve this on our group chat, and we'll soon disclose the results.
Create more exciting and easy contest - As we want our members to be more active, we will plan to create more exciting and easy contest for them to participate. More details will be shared soon.
