For the sake of clarity, this letter is divided into two versions in Chinese and English:

When steem finished HF23, both steem and hive complete their own HF23 hard fork, which means that the original steem community split is officially over.
As for the new steem / hive , there are already two independent communities / platforms, each with its own rules and supporters.
Then, I will give both you an old Chinese saying: "bridge to bridge, road to road!"

Obviously, although the split arrived as scheduled, the tragedy is that the chaos replaced the principles and development.
In this open letter, I don't want to discuss too complicated problems to avoid digression and loss of focus.

After steem / hive has completed the HF23 hardfork, I will:
- Follow the rules of hive community and maintain the operation of all my accounts under the hive rules;
- Follow the rules of the steem community and maintain the operation of all my accounts under the steem rules;
- Respect anyone's speech and behavior in the steem / hive community, unless he/she restricts my speech and behavior;
- Any downvote my post, no matter in the steem / hive community, I will downvote back, which is fair;
- Both in the steem / hive community, I would like to express my gratitude to anyone who helps and supports me, which is '感恩';
- Both in the steem / hive community, I will oppose the double standards of malicious bullying of small accounts, which is justice;

When steem forked into hive. My steem account was transferred to the hive chain. A " snapshot" was taken of my account. After the snapshot the hive tokens became my "legal property" . Hive witnesses then remove my legal property from my hive account. This is a tradeable asset that belongs to me. This act is criminal . Bridge to Bridge would be to return my assets to my hive account.
MY account has low ratings because I disagreed with the freezing of justins account. I will always disagree with the freezing of anyones account.

Take that up with the HIVE team. But no, when a new chain is created, there is no inherent right to the forked tokens. This is nothing like the STINC censorship and theft situation.
You're not paying attention to what he said. He is technically correct. The moment the blockchain comes into existence, IF the tokens were in his account once live and then they get relocated it would be just as much "theft" as anything else.
If any of it is theft then what makes the difference is sequence. In the very second of the blockchain's existence were the tokens attributed to an account name and then relocated or not? That is what matters.
However, the Hive founder Blocktrades clearly pointed out that he believes Justin and Steem witnesses were well within their legal rights to fork the coins out.

looks like you do a lot of news, and know stuff i am trying to learn what did this account do to lose all his steem https://steemd.com/@mottler he is not active from 2016 so he did nothing except owning over 2M steem. no one on steem gave me an answer to this, and i think it is really important.
it's funny. who is the owner of @mottler? he got the HIVE airdrop:)
from what i understand, he was one of the miners at the beginning. if you check all his accounts, he never voted, never commented, never moved any of his steem. i am not even sure was he here when the social network started. maybe he even lost the keys... but for sure had nothing to do with anything. Except the fact that he had over 2M steem that he did not use. to me this looks like witnesses seen the opportunity to take 500.000$ from the account that will not make fus about it. 25.000$ per witness in one day, not a bad deal if you can get away with it.
Also, why try to transfer the funds to an anonymous account as liquid...which they weren't before. Why not move them to an account like the SPS which can't be moved without a hardfork? Yes. This has heist written all over it.
