STEEM Investing Contest 31st Edition : investing in steem in time , knowledge and capital
Introduction
Hello steem for better life and welcome to another day on my blog, I must say it's been really long since we have had an interaction probably due to the fact that I have been so busy recently.
Today I would be happily participating in the ongoing investing in steem contest, personally this contest delights me so much as it offers me an avenue to express some of my progress so far on steemit and how I plan to further my steem journey
Investing in steem
To invest in anything is not really easy it requires Alot of factors such as time, energy and capital in most times.
This is why most time indivduals only Invest in things that can give them returns for all the effort they put, and what better asset is there to invest in other than steem.
Steem is one the first decentralised blogging network that rewards users for posting quality content on the network.
After the emergency of steem Various other decentralised blogging network came up such as hive and blurt but this combined have not gotten any way close to the achievements that steem has been able to accomplish in the years it's been established.
How I have invested in steem
Understanding the value of steem was only the start of my journey, when I discovered that through steemit individuals can make quality post and be rewarded by so doing I have therefore keyed into steemit by investing

Over the past couple of months by closely looking at my account activity you would notice that each day I try to make at least 1 post on steemit, and we all know that the process of making post on steemit invokes individuals putting in time and energy to write works.
From the image above you can see that in the last 7 days I have a total of 9 active post which supports my claims that I have invested time each day on steemit making post.

Unlike other blog which relies on views reads and others steemit uses a different method to reward author who make post on steemit.
The proof of brain method reward this method sees that only authors who have been able to create quality works which are free of plagerism and are properly sourced are rewarded.
And this I have done, when ever I make a post I always make sure to think or original ideas.
From the image above we can see that 90% of my post in the last 7 days are always rewarded as a testament to the fact that I only produce quality work on steemit.

We are all aware that steemit rewards authors of quality work with upvotes which have monetary value.
In view of my trust on steemit over the couple of months I keyed into the initiative launched in Tron fan club called #targetaugust2022 which requires that authors set power up goals they wish to obtain by August 2022 and how they wish to meet this goals.
As around the time when this initiative bwas launched I was just a little over 1000 steem but over the last couple of weeks I began powering up aggressively to ensure that I reached this target.
If you would read in this post where I set out my plan of action for reaching my goal then of 1000 steem power up in August.
You would find out that I have been able to surpass most of the targets I set for my self as currently I have been able to power up 600+ steem as against the 200 I planned on powering up this month.

From this we can see that I have been seriously pushing forward this may in power ups, this is because I have set a target sp I wish to achieve my August.

After my power up of 78 steem my total steem power has now changed from 1622 to 1700 I guess the 78 was intentional I really do like things looking orderly.
Conclusion
I really feel we ought to invest more in steemit whether we do this by devoting more time or making better post in steemit this is a requirement as it shows our support for steem.
Also by pwoeirng we are saying with this action that yes we believe in steem and we believe that it would be available in the future.
