Sport is an action produced by the movement of the limbs, such as the hands, feet and other limbs which can have a positive effect on the limbs as a whole.

We all know that sports activities are something that must be done by humans, because exercise is needed for a healthy body.

There are many benefits that we will get by doing regular exercise and we can feel these benefits immediately.

On this occasion I would like to invite all my friends to share about your favorite sport and at the same time the benefits you get from it, with the hope that it can become a source of inspiration for all of us to live a healthy life by exercising regularly.

Contest Tips

1. Share with us your favorite sport, include at least 1 photo when you exercise
2. Explain what benefits you get from the sport
3. Share with us tips to make sports activities fun.

• Original or exclusive content and open to the public.
• Post in the STEEM FOR BETTERLIFE Community
• Unlimited creativity, make writing as interesting as possible.
• Use post title My Favorite Sport + your title entry
• Use the hashtag #myfavoritesport, #creativewriting and #yourcountry in the first three tags
• Plagiarism is prohibited. Participants who commit plagiarism will be immediately disqualified
• Use at least 300 words (use photo with source if not original file)
• Put your post link in the comments field below.
• Resteem this post so that many other users see it
• Invite three of your friends to join.
