Street Culinary - My visit to Street Culinary while staying in hostel | 10% to @worldsmile
Assalam o Alaikum everyone! I hope you will be well and good by the grace of Almighty Allah who is the most merciful and gracious to everyone.
Today I am here to participate in a contest organized by @irawandedy about the street culinary. If you haven't joined it yet and you wanted to join it then join and share your best street culinary here.
I am a student and I have to go to the university on daily basis according to the number of lectures in a week. Sometimes I stay in the hostel with my friends. And at that time I enjoy and try different street culinary. Similarly today I am here to participate here by telling about one of the most enjoyable street culinary which we often try because of its wonderful taste, best quality and economic price.
Here is the street culinary stall. It is the counter of the stall where they deal with the customers and they have placed different curries in this counter. One person stays here who give the curry. The prices of the things are managed here. And the bill of the food is also taken at this point. The curry pots and containers are kept at the hearth to keep them warm so that their delicious taste remains there. They offer rich and thick gram curry and a stew which is made up of meat and lentils and this stew is a thick paste of it's mixture.
It is the naan and bread baking point in this street culinary. At this point there is always a great rush of people. As this is a student area so due to the students there is always rush especially in the morning as their breakfast is very economical and good in quality and taste. So there are many workers who only perform the processing of baking breads and naans. They take great care of cleanliness.
They always cover their hair with the chef caps. They all do their work happily and with love.
Here is a cylindrical oven which is known as tandoori in our language. It is a metal tandoor. And it uses gas for its working. A person place raw breads and naans on the sides of this tandoor. The high temperature helps in baking the breads and naans within a few seconds. The person who performs this duty is very skillful and he take great care of the breads so that they cannot be fired because of high temperature. It is used to bake a number of breads and naans at once.
Here are the baked naans. It is the final form of the naans. These are now ready to eat. These are very crispy and crunchy. But they apply some water on them so that they can become soft and then light oil is applied so that they cannot feel dry and hard. This process adds more taste in them. I eat these naans very deliciously and I love to eat them.
I went with my friends there. And we ordered for nans and two half plates of gram curry. And they presented us in this way as you can see above. It was ready to eat. They presented the food by providing lemons, green chillies, fried onions additionally with the naans and gram curry. These extra things increase the taste more and make this street food more delicious and tasty.
