WSP INTERNATIONAL TEAM MANAGEMENT MEETING
Hello everyone, herein I would like to update a few important notifications and update the World Smile Project program all over the sites.
First of all, I would like to thank you all who have supported WSP to run the project thus far.
The WSP Core team meeting
As a result of the management meeting today the core team of the World Smile Project International has come to conclusion after deep consideration. The conclusion is as below:
To avoid massive cash out of the steam in the market that can trigger the down price of the steam, hence WSP Internationa will reconsider all the next project funding. Most likely the management will evaluate the use of the funding for the project that needs a large amount of the budget.
The WSP International will concern to use the official account as the strategy to collect funds that will be used to support charity programs all over the project site
Since the massive flood in Pakistan and WSP International having short of the budget, hence the only budget that will be used for supporting Pakistani is from @smilepakistan account which I strongly believe will not be enough. Here we suggest that @huzaifanafeed1 reconsider the proper program that fits with the budget. Further discussion can be carried out in our Whatsapp group.
The WSP International will not associate with any NGOs because our main purpose in establishing charity through steemit is to campaign and disseminate information about the steemit platform and influence the people to join steemit
The WSP will only support the current running program which meant that the program that is still under preparation will need to discuss better strategy interm of budget and implementation.
The current program of WSP that running right now are Education Program in Venezuela administrated by @mariana4ve, Solar system Program in Nigeria administrated by @ubongudofot, and Training Center In Indonesia administrated by @irawandedy. The training center in Indonesia is likely will be short out budget and the the rest of the needs will be covered from the @steemitsantri account as the beneficiaries of the program.

Solar Panel Program in Negeria
The solar panel program in Negeria is actually the continuation of the first program of the solar panel which is under World Smile Project Negeria administrated by @ubongudofot as may check the update in the link below:
Two other program that is in the planning and evaluation stage
The are two more WSP chapter are in Pakistan and South Africa, the Pakistan WSP is administrated by @huzaifanafeed1 and @patjewell.
Patjewell has started to discuss about the program in the last two months and she has started to work on the WSP Official account to support the education program in South Africa.

Huzaifan has initiated to support the massive flood in Pakistan but because the budget for this program is huge, it is not possible to support from the WSP international.
To ensure the sustainability of the WSP International Program, the core team need to have Evaluation and Program meeting soonest possible to highlight the most important point of program implementation strategy

For a few weeks I have been following your example with my account for the benefit of @null and the WSP.
I fully agree with the measures taken. In fact, in Venezuela I spend the whole year carrying out low-budget works in order to better manage the funds and help more people (especially Kids).
However, the funds have already run out. For the next few months, I plan to carry out low-budget works such as afforestation activities, sporting events, and of course continue with the English course, which will be the only one that will require a budget, although it is quite low considering everything it offers.
Once again I thank the international WSP for all the trust and support they give us.
Note: virtual courses on marketing, entrepreneurship, etc. I had to put them off for a while because my computer screen is so small and the kids can't see the letters. But later I will solve that to resume classes. For now I want they to focus all your energy on learning English and playing sports.

Hi, @mariana4ve I love what you are doing right now, you have shown great effort to the community.
I would like to underline a very important point that the community account management system. If you could advise the admin to manage the voting strategy which is "Do Not" vote the posts out of the community since the community pending payout is very low.

Thank you @el-nailul for this report. It's true that due to the current status of Steem's price and the initiation of setting beneficiaries to @null it has become compulsory to be mindful of not cashing out a huge amount if steem in the market in order to keep the price stabilized.
Thank you for keeping the floods in Pakistan in mind and having a discussion over it. I understand that there's a depletion of funds in the @worldsmile organization and that donations collected in the @smilepakistan account won't be sufficient to cater to a massive amount of flood- affected people in Pakistan.
Where it's also understandable that it'll be impossible to set aside a budget for this massive flood I think we'll still be able to help some people through it and I am trying my very best to make sure this happens. We can talk over this on our Whatsapp group.

Hi there, what you can try is use the fund collected in @smilepakistan and help those in need in any way possible, but keep in mind that the main purpose of the World Smile Project is to create a smile using steem and influence them to join the platform as part of the steem promotion.
