Week 4 feedback CR for South Africa
Week 4
My focus this week was on “paying it forward” and not on myself.
I wanted to do good to my fellow Steemians by helping them to write quality posts.
Why?
In the hope that they will do likewise and help someone else. It is only through our assistance to others that we can improve on the general quality of posts on the platform.
In the end it will make Steemit a far better place.
Examples:
My goal is to give constructive advice on 50 posts per week and also to follow up on these authors.

It might seem that I was less active but it was indeed not the case. I spend more time on posts, analyzing and giving support and on answering responses.

2. South Africa
South Africa is tough! There is no urgency to join from those who Steemit was promoted to. No urgency from “old” Steemians to start writing quality posts and no urgency from existing Steemians to make contact with me.
All that I can do is to “vasbyt” and keep on trying!
3. World Smile Project
I was unable to write my post regarding the introduction to #smilesouthafrica this week due to the fact that the project I am working on could not be finalized. I am meeting with the team tomorrow.

Your goal is indeed a wonderful one, you have the interest of the platform at heart and tou want to see that everyone grows. Steemians will never forget this kind gesture from you mam. You are a very good CR. Steem on!

Don't know about 50 but it feels like that's all I do now. Guiding via comments and on private mediums. Not much time for personal content but that's okay we gotta take everybody along.
Good luck for South Africa, @patjewell. Pakistan is tough too but in different ways. As long as we all keep moving in the right direction, there will always be hope.
No my friend, South Africa is dead. I am trying to revive it.
I am working on the communities where I am involved in and posts I am copied in.
The time I am spending on curating, keeping a team together, watching the voting power and compiling reports I am going to use to support and help fellow Steemians instead.
In fact, it is your post about the bad content which motivated me to see where I can help. (•ิ‿•ิ)

I have been doing my utmost best to always guid and advice Steemians In my community in Cameroon and the two other community I'm Moderating. I don't always passed articles that need guidance without giving them directives most especially the newbies and I'm happy most have been adhering to my advice.
However, I will reinforce my strategy and I make sure I try as much as possible to always follow up some of this Steemians
