INTRODUCTION

Hello my beautiful and handsome friends of @steembetterlife,how are you all doing today, i trust you all are doing just fine.
You're welcome to another contest here in steem4betterlife and the theme for this week contest is Start Planting The Seeds of Goodness and it was organized by one of our hardworking member in person of @amryksr.

WHAT GOOD HAVE YOU DONE TODAY?

Actually i did a little good to someone, i won't say it's today, it was yesterday when i went out to purchase some food stuffs in the supermarket.

^{Helping those in need}
After walking around the supermarket removing everything i needed, i move towards the counter to pay for my food stuffs, then i saw a guy searching his pocket.

Unfortunately for him he forgot his wallet at home and he wasn't with enough money to pay for his items that he needed.

So as he was about returning some of the items, i stoped him and told him that he shouldn't worry that i will add money for him to purchase everything.

He was so happy when i added money for him to pay for his items, he gave me a handshake and collected my Instagram username, since then we have become friends.

MEANING OF KINDNESS

KINDNESS : This can be define as being considerate, friendly, caring, helpful and generous to people around you, Or the act of showing all these qualities.

THE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE SIDES OF THE KINDNESS YOU DO TO OTHERS

Below are the positive and negative sides of showing kindness to others;
####PPSITIVE SIDES

1. Showing of kindness improves our relationships with people

2. When we are kind to people, it motivate and inspire them to be also kind to others

3. Showing kindness to others makes us happier

4. Being kind to others is really good for the heart

I've been thinking a lot, and I don't thing there is any negative sides of showing kindness to others, cause kindness is not a bad act.

DO YOU SPEND MONEY TO DO GOOD?

Yes, i do spend money in doing good both for myself and others, like i said above, i apend my money in helping that guy in the supermarket that was in need by adding my money to help him purchase his food items.

I always spend my money to do good, cause i know i won't regret it and it also makes me happy in the process.

IS THERE GOVERNMENT INVOLVEMENT WHEN YOU DO GOOD?

In my country it is very hard for the government to involve themselves in doing good, even some of the things yhe government promise us the youth that they will do, up till now they have not done it.

So when i do good, i do it by myself without any government being involved, i do it cause i enjoy doing it.

CONCLUSION

It's very good in doing good and showing kindness to others, cause we don't know tomorrow, like they always say "One good turn deserve another".
