Hello everyone I'm delighted to write about this very contest today organised by @ashkhan on the topic Share Steemit Promotions Strategy on Festivals or any other days. There is no doubt that there are many ways in which we can promote steemit as a platform. Today I will be listing a few of the ways I usually use in promoting the steemit platform.

One most important way I use to promote steemit is via training centre. Having a training centre enables people to learn the basics of the steemit platform as we help to coach people on how to write their achievement tags and also how to get to know everything going on in the platform like the updates from the steemitblog, a compilation of contest by our dear friend @disconnect etc. Without proper training, a lot of new steemians won't get the knowledge of how to go about the happenings on the platform.

I will be explaining these two things at once. The use of fliers and signposts plays a very vital role in the promotion of the steemit platform. Distribution of different fliers as well as putting signposts in strategic areas also plays a very unique role. This will help a lot of people within the area to know exactly what is happening in any training centre as it helps people who move around to get information without having to tell anyone. This is what we call self-advertisement of the platform.

Other than these listed methods above, we also have the social media means which play a very important aspect in the promotion of the platform because a wider range of places is covered via this process. I was first introduced to steemit as a platform via social media when my friend told me and also guided me through the platform via my WhatsApp handle.
