Brief review of the Scout Community and their friends

On February 20, 2021, the @hive-181136 community was formally established by its founder @fjjrg. Its activities began on March 1, 2021; since then it has had the purpose of creating a link between scouts and steemians in the world.

#Scouts and their friends is a community that can be classified as "General" since it is focused on creating activities that strengthen relationships between all steemians, whether they are scouts or not, without any type of social, cultural, religious, language barrier, among others. Messages of brotherhood, solidarity, ethical and moral principles and values ​​are disseminated in favor of building a better world.

In the life time of the community, ties have been strengthened with more than 3568 subscribers from many parts of the world, always promoting the initiatives of steemitblog and guiding each user to follow each club: club5050, club75 and club100

Functions of our work team.

In our community we have a team made up of 8 members, at this moment there are 6 active and 2 who are on rest until the end of the month.

Each moderator is assigned a day to verify the publications that users make in our community, participating in our activities and sharing contents of the Diary Game, publications of daily themes and their own preferential content.

The Founder (@fjjrg) has the responsibility of responding to all activities related and proposed by the steemitblog team, each moderator in their respective turn has the responsibility of verifying, making the necessary observations to improve the quality of the posts, checking that the contents do not have plagiarism, do not use voting bots, are steemexclusive, do not use Artificial Intelligence, comply with the regulations of the community and the activity itself.

Community contests.

Our community has two iconic or representative contests:

"Scoutspower." This is a contest with the purpose of promoting power-ups on a weekly basis, participants can power up any amount of SP, there are no limits, the two users with the most amount of SP powered up in the week and who comply with all the rules of the contest, receive a prize as an incentive, in addition, they can also make their delegation or increase it to our community account @hive-181136. All participants compete for a raffle where the winner will receive a delegation of 1000 SP for 7 days.

We are an open community, although it says "Scouts" it does not mean that those who are not can share with us, in fact, we are very few active scouts in this community. For this reason, at the beginning, the community was called "Scouts" and then we changed the name to the current "Scouts and their friends".

The community supports its member users, guides them in relation to the activities of the platform and the community itself. It represents them in the face of any attitude of abuse or attempt to take advantage of it by another user or community, it seeks to solve gutter hacking cases and their recovery.

There are flash contests in the WhatsApp group (group where we have the largest number of community users), in these contests, users who are active in said group can opt for small Steem or TRX incentives just for answering a question or execute some activity immediately.

When our users post in our community, they receive votes and comments from the community account, as well as the moderator on duty, plus they can choose to receive a booming vote of support, as well as some prizes in TRX.
