In season 19 of the Steemit engagement challenge, we saw a new pattern by the Steemit team which involves the teaching team and also communities hosting contests. We had 4 teaching teams who presented very wonderful lectures throughout the challenge but we also noticed that a lot of Steemians didn't participate in the teaching team contest.

Today we want you to share your thoughts and opinions about the new initiative and also tell us how the just concluded season has impacted you. Also, we will want to know what you think about the new initiative and how it can be improved subsequently. Without further ado let's look briefly at the tips of the contest.
