Hello to all the steemians in this community. I am glad to be here once again, and to be a partaker of this great contest organised by @steem4nigeria. I hope we all follow in this contest to learn new things. I never knew or heard about what3word untill when i came across this contest.

I want to write a review on three(3) fuel stations in my city. Two of them sell on regular basis, and one sells once or twice a week.

Tell us about their services to their customers, Are their pump attendant customer friendly?

The pump attendant are customer friendly. I personally walked up to one the pump attendant and ask her the price of fuel in their station, just to test her approach to a customer. She answered me in a friendly manner, without minding that i didn't come with a rubber to buy. I stood there for a while and observed their services to customers. And i give them excellent services. The queue is controlled by the security, and in the manner of first come first served.

What makes it special among others in your city (price, environment,meter, colour). Explain.

What makes it special among others is their Price and Meter. The price of fuel sold in Rainoil is 740 naira. If their meter is not good, people won't go there to buy from them. There are two other fuel station very close to rain oil, but the queue in rainoil is always much compared to others. They have only three(3) pump machine which works accurately and effectively. The environment where they are is a very busy route. The color of Rainoil is Blue and Red. Their pump attendants are always on their uniform, which makes them outstanding.

Do they have any other business/services in the premises or just fuel/ Gas.

They don't have any other business in the premises. They are not even selling any lubricant.

Other information about them is the time of resumption and closing. This fuel station opens by 6am and closes by 8pm. They also run on a shift. People that works for morning closes by 1pm, and people that works till closing time takes over.

Trans-sossa Nigeria Limited at Atiku services is very poor. They have only two(2) pump attendant. The work from 6am to 9pm. I saw only one pump attendant sitted there with sadness in her face. I stood for a while and no car nor even tricycle drove in there to buy fuel, i wouldn't tell if the pump attendant is friendly or not. I noticed people just entered there and park their cars and go for their business.

What makes it special among others in your city (price, environment,meter, colour). Explain.

This fuel station is not special in anyway. It took me time to even notice their signage, that's why i had to capture the signage and station differently. Their price of fuel here is 760naira. This fuel station is the first when you enter Atiku Abubakar Avenue, but because of their poor services, they loose customers to others on that route. Their pump attendant were not on uniform. They just wore their normal clothes. The only thing that will make the place special is the other business that is going on in the premise.

Do they have any other business/services in the premises or just fuel/ Gas.

Yes the sell lubricant. There's another business in the premises called Nols Food. They deal on parfait, ice cream, cakes, smoothie, meatpie, and sharwama.

The last fuel station of my review is NNPC Mega Station.

The name of this fuel station is NNPC (Mega Station). It is located at Ikot Ekpene Road Ekit Itam 11 Uyo, Akwa Ibom state. Directly opposite West Itam sport centre.Link

Tell us about their services to their customers, Are their pump attendant customer friendly?

Their services to customers when they are on sale is very good. They operate on first come first serve. The queue is controlled and every one is served well. The pump attendant are customer friendly. The approach customer with good manner even when the sales pressure is much. Since they do not sell on daily basis, they try to satisfy their customers. They have 16 pump machine which is well numbered.

What makes it special among others in your city (price, environment,meter, colour). Explain.

What makes it special among others is their price and meter. The price of fuel sold in NNPC mega station is 595 naira. When they are selling, the queue is always very much. People are already queued from 4am to buy at that price. Aside people coming to put fuel in their cars people retailing fuel also come with rubbers to buy and sell. The environment is very accessible because it is on the major road.

Do they have any other business/services in the premises or just fuel/ Gas.

They sell all kinds of lubricant for cars, and do auto service. There's a car wash in the premise. Hawkers brings their goods to travellers when they branch the station to fill their car tank.
