What does true inclusion mean?

mine.PNG

Inclusion is an essential liberty for everyone with its goal of being able to adopt everyone regardless of ethnicity, age, gender, disability, race, religious and cultural opinions and sexual orientation.

Hence true inclusion is the removal of all obstacles, biases and discrimination. It is making everyone feel the sense of being free and supported in whichever society they find themselves in.

This means respecting people for being who they are without counting their backgrounds and cultures and creating a much better lenient and compassionate atmosphere, in the wider society for each and everyone not minding their status, physical condition, religion, gender or sexual orientation.

What do you think of the Non-Binary gender?

Non-binary gender is the term used to define people who feel not to be recognized under the binary gender system. That is, People whose gender can not be described as male or female. This is so because society recognizes gender to be in a binary (male or female) thus, non-binary is used to describe those who do not fall into the traditional classification of either male or female.

What do you think of xenophobia? And what do you think of Aporophobia?

mine.PNG

These are two wordings or terms that are used to classify fear (Phobia). Each with its specific reason and classification. So then what are these two words?

XENOPHOBIA

According to Cambridge Dictionary, this is the showing of extreme dislike or fear of people from foreign countries. That is, it's fear or dislike people tend to have against individuals of other countries currently residing in their country or among them in society. An example would be the demonstration of South Africans against Nigerians in their country.

APOROPHOBIA?

Coined out of two Greek words á-poros (without resources, indigent, poor) and Phobos (fear). This is simply the fear of being poor or lack of resources. source

Aporophobia is, therefore, the fear of poverty or being poor. It can also be interpreted as the are adverse mindsets and sentiments towards poverty and poor people. It is the aversion and animosity towards poor people or those without aids and the helpless.

All the above-mentioned are means by which people use to discriminate against others in society which breaks the ruling of true inclusion. We are meant to accept everyone for who they are, after all, we are all humans before anything else.

My Recommendations for a Society of True Inclusion

mine.PNG

As earlier stated, True Inclusion is having not to discriminate or prejudice anyone in the society at large, be it schools, streets, universities, airports, train stations or any other places we find ourselves among others such as people living with disabilities.

The true aim is to make them feel welcomed and appreciated among us like we would with every one of our friends and family members. Hence, my recommendations are quite simple. Of which are;

• Teaching everyone in society at large that we all are humans after all and made of the dust from which we will return.

• Give people living with disabilities a listening ear. Give people living with disabilities the chance to contribute their experiences to problem-solving situations

• Communicating to those around us that even people with disabilities, have value and should be respected and welcomed.

• As much as we recognize people with disabilities as warm and kind, we should also have in mind they can be competent to carry out certain tasks and relegate them to nothing.

• We should learn to modernize facilities to help welcome and support ease to use by people with disabilities.

• Abolish the act of discrimination and downgrading of people with disabilities.

Hola, en el mismo continente africano hay discriminación. Sur África esta en poder de los europeos.

Saludos

Yes, discrimination among people of other tribes and cultures, cultural bigotry and Tribalism even within same countries. My example was only to use the incident that happened in the year 2019 where lives where lost in the act of Xenophobic attacks.
