Agradecida por la participación y la buena onda que le han puesto a este desafío de recetas con hortalizas. Gracias a los 11 participantes que valientemente nos compartieron sus formas de consumir hortalizas.

Nos deleitaron con muy buenas recetas de distintas partes del mundo, presentando en muchas de ellas la prolijidad, el detalle en cada fotografía, el paso a paso de la elaboración de su receta y los precios de lo que gastarían para preparar este platillo. Muchos se han destacado y han recibido el apoyo de las cuentas en auge y de los pequeños curadores del ecosistema.
Me queda decirles, ¡Gracias por la confianza y por unirse a mis humildes propuestas!
Los criterios de selección siempre han sido: la calidad de la publicación, la interacción del autor con el resto de los autores y el cumplimiento de las reglas del concurso. Todos han hecho un buen trabajo; pero destaco estas 5 participaciones.
