Challenge: Recipe with vegetables" Noodles made with various vegetables
Assalamualaikum all of my friends. How are you all? I hope you are all well. I'm fine too. I am Mohammad Kamran Hossain. Today I am going to participate in a new contest among you in "RECREATIVE STEEM" Community. The topic of the contest that I am going to participate in is "Recipe with vegetables" and today's contest is organized by @graceleon mam. So I sincerely thank @graceleon mam for organizing such a beautiful contest. However, now I am presenting to you my recipe for cooking noodles with different vegetables.
The recipe that I am sharing with you today is my favorite vegetable noodle recipe. All my family members like this dish very much and it is very popular dish in Bangladesh too.
Ingredients for Making Noodles:
- Salt.
- Eggs.
- Onion.
- Carrot.
- Tomato
- Noodles.
- Potatoes.
- Soybean oil.
- Green chillies.
- Coriander leaves.
Step 1,
First, prepare all the ingredients for making vegetable noodles in a bowl.
Step 2,
Then put chopped onions, chopped carrots, chopped green chillies, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves etc in a plate.
Step 3,
Now, heat soybean oil in a pan on the stove and fry the chopped onions, chopped green chillies together.
Step 4,
After frying the onions and green chillies for a while, mix two eggs with the onions and green chillies.
Step 5,
Then while frying onions, eggs, raw chillies, pour some water in the pan and heat it and after a while, when the water is hot, mix the noodles, potatoes, carrots and some coriander leaves in the hot water.
Step 6,
Finally, in this step, when noodles are made by drying the water in the pan, collect the noodles in a large plate.

I mainly chose potato, carrot and tomato because of their nutritional value.
Potatoes :
Potatoes contain vitamin C, B complex, potassium magnesium, zinc, phosphorus etc and which is important for the skin. Apart from this potato juice is also helps in getting rid of sunburn. Disease Prevention: Potatoes are rich in vitamin C; Which is helpful in increasing immunity.
Tomato :
Tomatoes contain various natural vitamins including vitamin A, B1, B3, B5, B6, B7 and vitamin C. Apart from this, it also contains minerals like folate, iron, potassium, magnesium, chromium, choline, copper and phosphorus. Eating tomatoes is important to boost immunity.
Carrot :
A glass of carrot juice daily boosts the body's immune system amazingly. Works against harmful bacteria, viruses and various types of inflammation in the body. Apart from vitamins, carrot juice contains various minerals, potassium, phosphorus, etc. which help in bone formation, strengthening the nervous system and increasing brain power.
So I chose these vegetables to make noodles because of these nutrients.
After watching today's contest, I went to our Shiromani market last night with my friend to buy carrot.

All the ingredients except the carrots were mine. Since everything takes a small amount to make noodles, here is the approximate total cost of making noodles.

For today's contest, these noodles were prepared in my recipe which I used some vegetables along with the noodles and presented the materials for making the noodles to you. I hope you will like the noodles recipe I made.
