~Hello steemians~

Greetings to you all I'm so delighted to welcome you all to yet again another steemit engagement challenge season 11 week 4 hosted by the @steemkidss official community account and the title of the challenge is "More freedom"

WHAT DO YOU UNDERSTAND TO BE FREEDOM AS A PARENTS OR KID?

According to my own personal understanding of the term freedom it simply means the state of being free and allowed to do what so ever you want to do without being influenced by others.

Freedom is an unseen necessity which without it one can be considered to be a slave, a person who can go anywhere he/she wishes to go and do whatever pleases him/her is considered to be free.

Meanwhile on the other hand a subjugated person won't be able to do whatever they want to do because they haven't been granted such permission unlike a free person who is like a free bird.

WHAT CAN MAKE YOU TO GRANT MORE FREEDOM TO YOUR KIDS OR WHAT CAN YOU DO TO EARN MORE FREEDOM?

Though I'm still young and I do not have children but let's just assume if I had kids what could make me grant them more freedom would be if they come back home with good results from school there I would grant them their freedom but for a short time to play games, watch movies and visit friends but note it would only be for a limited time.

And another thing that could cause me to grant my kids more freedom would be first as a parent I would be able to see and identify my kids hidden potentials so by granting him freedom in some specific areas could help them improve their hidden talents or skills.

It is also very important to note that freedom just like money and respect can only be earn. So as an adult there are certain things which I could do that could earn me more freedom and there are;

• Cutting off loose ends with unnecessary people who do not contribute positively to our lives

• Setting psychological limits and cherishing self respect not pride

• Working hard to achieve my life goals would earn me the ultimate freedom in life

• Avoid being enslaved by lust, and enslave by the things of the flesh else it will make you subjugated to it.

NOTE:

That when we talk of freedom it doesn't really refer to money or assets because a rich man can still be enslaved by his dirty deeds and sins.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF FREEDOM BOTH TO PARENTS AND KIDS

The advantages of freedom to both parents and kids are;

WHAT CAN CAUSE ONE TO LOSE THE FREEDOM HE OR SHE HAS?

There are so many things that can contribute greatly to a person loosing his/her freedom and there are as follows,

• The first thing on the list is bankruptcy this can greatly turn a free bird 🕊️ (free man) into a slave overnight.

• And another thing is dirty deeds, you may be wondering why I'd include this one but it's the truth if you are being black mail and someone threatens to uncover your secrets you automatically becomes a slave to that person.

• And another one is the nature of work you won't expect a full time worker to have the same freedom as a part-time workers

• In addition once you earned your freedom always endeavour to protect it because freedom is hard to get but very easy to lose due to some of the above already mentioned things and circumstances.

WHY IS FREEDOM NECESSARY?

Freedom is very necessary in a man's life that is why even the school we go to, the late night reading, hustle, hardwork & struggles is just so that we could earn our Life freedom.

Also that is why even in my country Nigeria there's this movement known as the NBM (Neo-black movement) that teaches their members freedom and there also called themselves the freedom fighters as they believe that everyone was born free and equal.

So that shows you how necessary freedom is because once freedom is being given to someone he or she would be bold enough to make his/her decisions an would be determined to work towards achieving it and making it a success.
