They want to diversify their food and showcase their talents by sharing diverse dishes on different platforms. Also, in various food restaurants, entrepreneurs arrange various food stalls on various religious occasions so that food lovers can regularly take a test of delicious and tasty food.

Once again this community organized Challenge Week #62. So I will share some of my cooking pictures. There are many of us parents who do not know how to cook well. Maybe we can learn some cooking techniques through this cooking challenge. There are many Steem users from different countries who will share their local recipes. Maybe kids will like their recipes and they will be more interested in eating them. This food challenge is very useful for kids.
I am sharing a recipe for kids that kids will eat and parents will love too. My kids don't eat carrots raw, so I cook carrot pie for them and they eat it. By doing this, along with the milk, they got extra vitamins and carrots which are very necessary for health. So today I shared a milk and carrot recipe.
I will share here the details of how I made this recipe and also provide recipe-related pictures
Carrot Pies with Rice and Milk(Dessert) |

Recipe Ingredients Required:
Half a cup of | Polao rice |

One and a half liters of | cow's milk |
One cup of | sugar |
Raisins, almonds | a little |
Cardamom | 2 pieces |
Carrot | half cup |
First I will wash 1/2 cup of rice and drain the water so that the rice will be a little wet and the water will soak.
I will burn 1 1/2 liters of milk in a pan on the gas stove so that the milk swells well. Again, I will lightly grind the watered rice so that the rice looks broken.
When the milk boils, I will add light rice powder. And keep stirring well so that the rice powder does not stick to the bottom of the pan. In another bowl, boil the carrots in boiling water for a minute and drain the carrots in cold water.
Again, I will add less than a pinch of salt to the mixture of rice and rice for a taster variation and keep stirring with boiled carrots.
If the rice and carrots are cooked, I will add sugar, if I add sugar before the rice and carrots are cooked, they will be a little hard, so I will add sugar last. I will continue to stir after a while, otherwise, the bottom of the pan will burn.
If the condensation of the milk is a little thick, take the pies off the gas and serve in another bowl and sprinkle raisins and almonds on top. I didn't add almonds and raisins while cooking because my boys won't eat them so you gave them time to serve.
I try to give recipes for them in the way they like to eat.
This recipe can be eaten by everyone, not only kids, but parents will also like it.
Nutritional value of this recipe:
It is a good source of carbohydrates. This food is a nutrient-dense low-cholesterol dessert item. A considerable amount of kilo calories are available. Milk is an ideal food that contains protein, essential amino acids, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus, which are essential for good health. When we add carrots, we get more nutrients potassium, vitamin A, B6, beta-carotene, and antioxidants. Which helps in body development, the immune system, and bone formation.
Side effects of the recipe:
Those who are allergic to cow's milk can use marketed milk powder.
Diabetic patients can reduce the amount of sugar or use sugar substitutes cooked with sugar available for diabetics.
